Cute, quaint, and clean. Perfect price in a perfect location. Room was spacious and most importantly- sparkling clean!

There was no ocean view unless you were on the top floor and you looked between the trees. However, it wasn’t too far a walk to the ocean. There was really no reception area and it was difficult to find because it is located off of fifth Avenue, but you have to access it through the tequila store or the bikini shop. I drove around in a taxi, quite a while, trying to find it. But once you got in to the property, it was a funky, older Building It reminded me of a place where I went on a yoga retreat. In other reviews, it said that it was hard to sleep at night because it was loud. But I had one of the inner rooms not facing the street, so I really didn’t hear anything to keep me awake. I would come here again because it is close to the beach and very reasonably priced but it doesn’t really have any amenities like a pool, hot tub, etc..

Had a great time here everything was great. Wifi worked amazing, hot water and good water pressure.

Reported No water pressure, Manager sent a message through his front desk saying take it or leave it! All night water was leaking from AC, there is no maintenance or responsibility of ownership at this property, Got a much better hotel with free continental breakfast 2 blocks down for half the price! Book somewhere else, the Manager here is irresponsible

Todo sin problemas aunque solo me quedé una noche de me dieron las facilidades del resguardo de equipaje, todo bien por el costo no es para gente exigente .. la recepcionista muy amable , gracias por la estadia

Excelente ubicación y lugar. El baño es abierto, así que hay que tener eso en consideración antes de rentar.

Very dirty hotel

El lugar no es muy limpio, la limpieza segun sus politicas la realizan cada 6 dias al igual que el cambio de toallas pedi que me las cambiaran y las cobran en 50 pesos en general no es un ligar limpio

Horrible, la música des discothèque sont à l’intérieur de la chambre comme si vous étiez encore dans la discothèque et il n’y a pas de chaude. Chambres et extérieur pas propres

L’hôtel n’est pas du insonorisé donc n’espérez pas dormir, il y’a la raisonnance de 3 boîte de nuits minimum, aucune mais vraiment aucune insonorisation donc vous avez tout dans la chambre jusqu’à 3 ou 4h du matin, l’espace commun est pas propres avec chauve souris partout et le top, pas d’eau chaude. Je recommande pas du tout sauf si c’est juste pour ce changer mais c’est la seul choses à faire.

Excelente hotel muy hermoso y con sentido natural. La gente que trabaja allí son Argentinos muy amables. De noche la seguridad es muy amable también. Nunca hubo ningún problema. Si regreso a Playa del Carmen me quedare allí de nuevo. Excellent hotel very beautiful and has a very natural vibe. The staff are Argentinians very kind. The security is very kind too. I never once had a problem. You can have guest over but have to pay 100 pesos if it’s after 11pm which is not bad at all. Never once had a problem if I return to Playa del Carmen I will definitely stay there again.

The place is great to sleep and get a good rest but no tv . Everything else is great and right on 5th Ave.

It was great! Nice king bed and spacious room! Only issue I didn’t like was the entrance, you have to enter through a tequila shop and after hours late at night, you just have to hope the security guard is there to let you in. I didn’t have an issue during my stay, but I prefer knowing I can come and go as I please whenever with a hotel that has a 24/7 front desk.

No good

Awful, aside from location

Really loud music till 2 am, shower drainage smelled really bad (we put a bowl over it, that really helped), we stayed there for 8 days and our room was only cleaned once after we asked for it, because since the hotel is close (4mins walking) to the beach, we had a lot of sand in our room (especialy shower). Staff was nice and drinking water was provided, which was super usefull.
