Sheraton Buganvilias Puerto Vallarta

I’ve stayed at the Sheraton many times! They always have something going on by the pool or special dinners or sometimes fireworks! You will always see someone tending to the plants, which are gorgeous. Room service is 24hrs, gym is 24hrs, pool closes a little early but within walking distance of the night life. And close to Pepe’s tacos which is a favorite in PV. Inclusive is definitely worth it!

It was such a great experience this was our 3rd year going. It just doesn’t get old going there. Everything you may need is right there. Rosalba, Marco, y Gabriel were great!!

The hotel is an older property but nicely kept in the best location. It has a nice beach and pools. Downtown is literally a ten minute walk,

The Sheraton Bougainvillea was perfect! The impeccable service from Orlando, Carlos and Joel during breakfast, to Isabel at the pool, we couldn’t have been treated more courteously or respectfully. Everyone was helpful and everything was tastefully thought out, from the blackout curtains in the rooms to the fun mariachis and bands that made our stay so memorable and fun. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to return!

The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean except the curtains which they promptly replaced. I did not use the spa, it was a bit too expensive. I used the gym daily, staff was very nice, gym was clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well. I would go back with my family, it would be great to get senior discounts or family discounts. Also I must say the buffet breakfast was outstanding and the staff was amazing.

The hotel is very outdated , staff not friendly at restaurants, food average and hard to make dinner reservations even when the property is not full.

Downgraded upon arrival, to two full beds, when a king single was reserved. Room was cleaned promptly upon request. Pool was nice, would be better if kids didn’t take up all the bar at the pool. Was harassed upon arrival to upgrade and buy extra amenities offered by hotel. Taxi service was safe and prompt. Breakfast was a huge all you can eat buffet, very generic covering all different food types and groups.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Amazing staff. The hotel is near a grocery store and very close to downtown. Great food. Service at the pool was excellent. I can’t wait to be back there again next year.

Mi habitación muy comoda

The resort was great. The lounge chairs in the sun terrace room were pretty worn down. And the sports bar is NOT included in the all inclusive option and you couldn’t bring drinks in from other spots.

The staff and resort was awesome. I liked the idea of the European plan therefore I wasn't always feeling like I had to eat at the resort so got to explore some great places to go. The pool and anemies were good. On the European plan it is cheaper to eat al a cart verses buffet and I find I can't eat enough to justify the buffet. Tip your waiters directly they really appreciate that and give great service. The fiesta night every Thursday is very with while going to. Great location so you can walk to Malacon and around the town. The mattresses could be upgraded. They were a bit hard and the water in the shower s temperature was not consistent.

The resort itself is very well maintained and clean - too efficient in cleaning that it constantly has wet floors everywhere (and full of cleaning staff) and rooms being fixed at 9 pm (I will get into this later in this review). Overall: very up to par for JW Marriott group resort for the view, location and architect itself. Has only 2 pools (both quite small) - one by the main desk is full of all inclusive drunk party groups all day long and the other pool is somewhat quieter but lots of kids. they also have bungalows by the beach and part of the beach front is shared with a public access - but doesn't get too busy or crowed. Has beautiful gardens and views of the whole PV and the sunset is amazing every night. There are 4 or 5 upscale restaurants - we only tried Gaviotas for my husband's bday. There is starbucks inside the resort and a very small gym. Not a lot of entertainment compared to other all inclusive resorts. The location is pretty good - 15 min cab ride from the airport, 5 min walk to the Malecon and close to residential areas across the street where you can find cheap and really good tacos. Staff are friendly (most of the times) - Orlando from our breakfast buffet is the best overall - he is just happy and genuine person - he always greeted us with excitement and remembers what we usually order and very attentive (compared to other dinning staff).
