싱귤러 조이 다운타운 레지던스

La propiedad esta situada en un lugar estratégico, se puede caminar a restaurantes y tiendas. Lo que no me gusto es q nunca fueron a limpiar el apartamento y cuando teniamos dudas o necesitábamos asistencia no contestaban. El administrador solo lo vimos cuando nos entrego las llaves y nunca llamo para verificar si todo estaba bien. Le escribia y llamaba y no recibia respuesta. Comoquiera volveria a la propiedad pq me gusto mucho la localizacion. Gracias!

We liked it.

Nos gustó mucho, definitivamente hay mucho ruido pero nada del otro mundo. De hecho en nuestro caso estaba haciendo más ruido el aire acondicionado que el ruido del exterior. La presión de la regadera muy buena, aunque el último día se cayó un pedacito del techo de la regadera pero no nos lastimó. Nos alojamos en la 113. Pudimos salir a caminar en la quinta y cenar algo rico y volver a caminar. Al día siguiente disfrutamos el rooftop prácticamente todo el día y los precios están bien para ser Playa del Carmen. Vamos a regresar.

The room was pretty small but very close to all the major shopping areas. Everything was so close by. There are clubs close by and the music is pretty loud which to me it wasnt much of a problem since I knocked out quick. The only issue was the AC, the room was pretty hot and Ac didnt cool enough.

La ubicacion, la habitacion y todo estuvo perfecto el problema fue con la reservacion que tomo como 30min nos dieran la habitacion porque no teniamos asignada una (la reservacion la hice con 2 meses de anticipacion)

The property was decent inside. The tile floors were nice, also the rooms and bathrooms were acceptable. The pool area was nice with the bar. I was impressed when the staff got right on cleaning a leaking water heater in the hallway and the elevator. I could hear the faint noise of the clubs at night down the street, but it wasn't loud enought for me to not fall asleep. I was on the side of the building closest to Mandala night club.

Actitud de recepcion ( Christian) nefasta le comente todos los problemas que tenia y me respondió "" hay otras opciones"" ?? elevador fallo 2 dias por una fuga de Agua que entro por el techo a mi habitacion, me tuve que salir para que secaran, tvs malisimas solo se podia ver YouTube y super lento..la unidad ( 211) muy descuidada ( anexo fotos). es increible que Un inmueble como SINGULAR JOY que tiene 10 años este tan descuidado y con tal mal servicio,lo unico rescatable la chica del Roof ( Angel) muy amable. y bueno del ruido por los antros de la esquina hasta las 3 am mejor ya ni hablamos...

Tiene un roof de lujo. El personal en recepción súper amable pero el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido . Tampoco pude dormir por la noche por escuchar la música de los bares aledaños . La cama es cómoda y tienen internet .

Just Okay – Probably Wouldn’t Stay Again This was actually our second time trying this hotel. I was traveling with my teenage son, and while the building is in good shape and the room was spacious enough for both of us, there were definitely some drawbacks. The basics were covered: a comfortable bed, decent shower (though the water pressure was just okay), toiletries, fridge, Wi-Fi, and TVs—but no cable. One big issue was the AC in our first room—it couldn’t keep the space cool. We had to ask for a room change, which took a bit of back and forth—not ideal mid-trip. There’s a coffee maker in the room, but oddly no coffee provided. They also only give one room key, and no extras were available. If you run into problems, you’re told to go through your booking site (Expedia, etc.), which made things more complicated. The location is convenient—just a couple blocks from 5th Avenue and steps from a 7/11. However, it’s very close to bars and clubs, so the noise at night can be an issue. There was also ongoing construction outside, adding to the disruption. My son and I are heavy sleepers, so it didn’t ruin our trip, but light sleepers should be warned. The highlight was the rooftop pool—great view of the Caribbean, and the bar prices were reasonable. We spent most of our days exploring Playa del Carmen and had an amazing time at Xel-Há (highly recommend!). Overall, the stay was just okay. Not terrible, not great. With so many options in Playa, we’ll probably try somewhere else

Our room was not ready in time so we had to wait. The room was also hot at night and difficult to keep cool. Be aware that this property is near night clubs that are very noisy at night.

Its always a great stay, it is not a quiet property its more for the younger party crowds

Me encantó instalaciones muy bonitas la vista de la terraza con la alberca está espectacular para las fotos me ha encantado y el precio lo mejor

En générale tout etait bien par contre ont nous avait confirmé une machine a café que nous n’avions pas et lorsque nous lavons demandé nous avons eu aucune réponse. Dans la salle de bain la plafond n’était pas en bonne etat.

One of the best place to reside and I would always come back here again love this place and very safe and right at the heart of everything around. The surprise is that once you are in your room it’s completely quiet

So this was a nice place to stay, and had a great patio and pool on the roof. It was centrally located which was both great and terrible. Great, until you go to bed and the nightclubs (next door) are still cranking out music at unbelievably loud levels. But on the second night, I just got some ocean white noise playing on my phone with a speaker (pretty loudly) and drowned out the nightclub and all was well. On the bad side, we had a plumbing leak from what I guess was a leaky bathroom or water disaster above our apartment. There was ALOT of water dripping down (gallons!!!) that we had to empty a trash can a couple times. Then it went away for the second night.

Great location 1 street away from the ocean and from 5th Ave the main areas for shopping, nightlife, dinning and bus station. Only downside was construction across the street and can hear the nightclubs music as it’s half a block away

Bra Rooftop med pool, resten var dåligt! Städning första dagen av 6 inte mer. Brukar klara av högt ljud men de klubbarna på gatan var högsta jag varit med om. Ac lät mer så den kan man ha på om man vill bli av med lite ljud utifrån och bara ha högsta ljud inomhus. 1 av 2 duschar funkade precis.
