Bien alberca y jacuzzi me gustaron y la ubicación buenísima cerca de todo

Me gustó la ubicación, está a una esquina de la playa, tiene un vista preciosa en la piscina y bar. Lo que no me agradó para nada es que el baño filtraba agua a la hora de bañarse, se inundó el cuarto y pedimos servicio a la habitación y nunca llegó y tampoco nos proporcionaron un trapeador para hacerlo nosotros.

En general le doy 4.5 estrellas. El lugar es muy cómodo y bien ubicado. La cama fue especialmente confortable, ideal para descansar después de un día de paseo. La terraza es espectacular, perfecta para relajarse. Lo único que extrañamos fue una cafetera y un tostador en la cocineta; se agradecería contar con esos elementos para una estancia más completa. Buen sitio pero el primer dia la señora Erica Vega no me dio mi cuarto ni respondia. Tuve que tomar otro cuarto por esa noche.mala bienvenida

The microwave didn't work - looked like it was but it never heated up. When we tried to check in the desk clerk had no record of our room. We waited for 20 minutes till he called someone, then gave me the phone. A woman who didn't identify herself apologized and said our room had been ready for 2 hours. Apparently he didn't look at the right place. Poor skills.

Stayed here for the kitchenette as we planned on cooking some of our meals. We also love the area it’s in as it’s right in the middle of all the restaurants, clubs and shops. However, the kitchen sink had no hot water at all. The shower would get warm then cold and warm and cold during a shower but never got hot. We contemplated losing our money since our booking was non refundable and staying elsewhere. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so when doing my hair I had to plug my curler in a kitchen outlet and do my hair using my reflection in the microwave. The couch was really cheap. I sat down on it and a wooden block slipped from underneath and the couch tipped over. This happened multiple times so we chose to not use the living room as it was not comfortable trying to keep balance so the couch won’t tip. Also upon arrival we noticed lots of hair on the shower floor so that had us questioning the cleanliness of the place. After the first day they did a better job cleaning. The bed was comfy. If you care about hearing loud music this is not the place for you. We didn’t mind it. Glad I didn’t pay extra for a balcony because a lot of the balconies are not actually outside. The view is inside the hotel where the elevators are. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Sucks the bar didn’t open until 12pm. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This was a great save since we had problems with our original accommodations and booked this place frantically and honestly - we are so happy we landed here! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and in an optimal location. I noticed it says in the amenities that it is 24-hour rooftop access, but that's not true - it closes a few minutes before 9p, and I understand for safety reasons. Still, having that option would be amazing, especially seeing all the lights at night and getting that ocean breeze. We also had a few electrical issues with our room - we had to keep turning the breaker switch on and off to get the A/C and microwave to work, but they were so kind and helpful through the hiccups that you couldn't be upset. I would stay here again, 10/10, even with the small things.

It was right downtown with an easy walk to the beach and to shopping.

Todo muy bien. Excelentes instalaciones. No se escucaba ruido en las noches a pesar de estar muy cerca de antros donde afuera el ruido era bastante fuerte. La alberca y jacuzzi excelentes para llegar desoues de los parques. Muy recomendable.

Nice hotel! Love the roof top pool and bar area. Parking nearby can be challenging, but we always find something within a block or two.

Tive uma estadia muito ruim com um probelma com o chuveiro. Nao saia agua direito. Reportei o probelma e a anfitria só foi me mudar de quarto no ultimo dia. Ou seja, não pude ter um banho relaxante dirante 3 dias

Although the location was excellent, and for the most part, the room and balcony was wonderful. The microwave didn't work. Our private shower, the water only trickled out of the shower head in our room, the other shower was a little better. The ac worked but would not regulate. Either it was too cold or too warm. The patio area where you could congregate was an awesome place for our group to meet. We had a great time with that and the pool and bar area was excellent. The only problem we have with staff was the guy that was at the desk who wore glasses. We don't remember his name, but he was not very Kind. We ran out of toilet paper and he said we had to contact the administrator. And when my husband asked if he could just find a roll of toilet paper, he grabbed a roll of paper towels from under the desk and slammed it on the counter. Very unprofessional other than that everyone else was great.

Location and the amenities are amazing! Apt needs to be updated a little bit. No hot water, ceiling with a leak, and not too many utensils to cook.

Changed room 3 times conditions were horrible I was so embarrassed with my guest.water came out brown and room didnt look as advertised. So disappointed

Overall really good experience and great value, new modern property, excellent location, block from beaches and shops, amazing rooftop, friendly staff and service….. would’ve been 5 stars across the board, but water pressure for shower was really bad, as well as some of the appliances weren’t functional, such as the microwave with no power and no extension cords, no paper towels (would expect something as it had a full kitchenette)
