Es un hotel muy bien localizado cerca del centro a unos 10 min de distancia , muy seguro y a pesar q no tiene parking hay mucho en la calle

It was a perfect place to stay for the night. It was quiet and easy walk to centro historica.

This staff really makes you feel welcome

Pues no hay nada que rescatar, la atención es mala desde que llegas, está en muy malas condiciones, la limpieza no es muy buena, la TV no funcionaba, definitivamente no recomiendo el lugar.

Very clean and beatiful place!

It was clean. Not many amenities but close to the historical district. Didn’t have a window in my room which was odd but we weren’t in the room much. Overall decent place with no frills.

Wonderful and creative adaptation of a Spanish colonial Building. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quite clean. The shower was a high point of the room, with a very artistic glass, painting backlit into the bedroom. There was a choice of restaurants within a few blocks for breakfast and dinner, and it was a very easy walk to many places in the old City. The walls were covered with pop art and mostly Modern art pieces by local artists and aside from the fixed paintings were mostly for sale. I would stay here again.

Very clean and good size rooms

Renté una de las habitaciones más caras y mis expectativas eran altas. Pero al llegar, la puerta de la recámara hacía un ruido horrible porque ya se estaba cayendo y ni siquiera se podía cerrar bien. Sólo había un control para ambas tvs y no servia un botón y no las pudimos usar. Bajé a recepción y parece que la señorita se molestó cuando le pregunté si me podía prestar otro control y sólo me dijo "no, es el único". El hotel tiene cuadros lindos Y YA. Pero la atención es terrible.

Le falta mantenimiento, tiene problemas de humedad y sus colchones son MUY suaves, tuve que pedir un cambio de habitación porque no pudimos dormir la primer noche; nos comentaron que todos estaban iguales y que a la gente le gustaban… pero bueno, no es mi caso. Prefiero un colchón más firme. La ubicación es muy buena y son muy amables

We enjoy our stay. Personnel was attentive an courteous made us feel welcome. Cleaning was on spot. We will stay again.

This chic botique hotel in downtown Queretaro is great. It's on the edge of the downtown neighborhood. It's a great option if you need a nice place to stay for a quick trip. I've stayed here a few times in the past and the hotel rooms could use an update. A new coat of paint would go a long way.
