Overall the apartment was very good and we would stay again. The apartment and building were very clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location is excellent, on a quieter street in an excellent neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the living area spacious. There was some noise through the door from the corridor from people coming and going and from construction in the adjacent apartments. The work stopped late afternoon, so it didn’t affect our sleep. We didn’t feel great about the apartment door having code access, that wasn’t unique to our stay, and there was no deadbolt, but we felt better because there was always security at the building entrance.

Wonderful property in a a great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were available 24/7 at the front desk, which helped us to feel safe and the ladies working answered any questions we had. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed (utensils, glassware, cookware, etc). Would definitely stay again!

The property was great but some of the furnishings were not very good. 2 of the dinning room chairs and 2 of the island stools were extremely wobbly. One of the chairs even broke entirely under the weight of someone in my group. The bed, the toilet seat, and the bathroom sink were all very crookedly installed in the queen bedroom of my accommodation. The staff was quick to put my worries of possible charges for the broken chair to rest. No additional charges were made to me as of right now but i keep my review up to date if things change.

The front desk receptionists were fabulous and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we felt very safe! I would recommend this to anyone!

Safe and clean place.

Great location and nice apartment!! The apartment had everything one needs while on vacation. Our sofa was a bit dirty and our mattress was way too firm and wrapped in some plastic protector that made for a bad night sleep. However, the staff were so nice and welcoming. They were quick to address any issue. So many great coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance- AMAZING!! Great for families traveling with kids. We would stay here again!

Quiet street yet centrally located. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and air conditioning in each and living room and kitchenette. Very comfortable and staff was nice.

Omg we loved this property! Our hosts Abel and Priscilla were amazing and hospitable. Everything was cleaned, great restaurants and bars around, the neighborhood is amazing. Definitely would stay again!!! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Es un lugar excelente para hospedarse. Cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios y es muy silencio por la noche, lo cual te permite dormir sin problema a pesar de que se encuentra en una zona concurrida. Ademas, la anfitriona, Melina, fue muy amable y siempre estuvo atenta a nuestros requerimientos.

Great place and central location in Mexico City to explore. Windows did not look out onto anything except more building would have liked a little bit of a view but was hard to tell with the pictures. Overall was clean , spacious and great base for exploring. Water in shower took very long to heat if at all, low pressure. Housekeeping once or twice would have been nice.

Tonala by Mr W is absolutely wonderful. Located in Roma Norte the property is close to many wonderful places to eat, have drinks and get groceries. It is also close to many interesting shops and access to public transportation. The 2 bedroom suite is contemporary, clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The roof top is a nice place to relax. A great place to stay!

An excellent hotel with great stuff. Rooms are large and clean and the area is great. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we’re in Mexico City!

Falta estacionamiento

Overall we had a comfortable stay but its not somewhere I would recommend. The building is in a great location with lots of nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, we had a few maintenance issues during our stay that were either not rectified (when stating they would be) or just ignored. The apartment was well designed to be a home away from home but it fell short with the issues we had including missing furniture, leaking plumbing in the kitchen area and an air conditioner unit that didn't work properly.

Great location, staff, facilities, etc. The hostess is outstanding

Very clean and functional. However, the walls are too thin and the beds too hard.
