Really good experience

We had the best time and was so sad to leave!

Viceroy is a beautiful architect designed hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful, our room was superior with king bed, couch and dining area. We enjoyed the plunge pool. Lunch at the beach was amazing, very fresh ingredients. Only FYI is if you need an uber, you have meet them at street level.

The Viceroy hotel which is now owned by Hyatt, has somewhat changed lowered its standards but kept the same or even higher price tag! I frequent this hotel in Beverly Hills, so I’m a custom to the price tag and services it offers. This trip I took all my girls, lol, wife daughter mother -in law God mother and they had a wonderful time. The staff at the entrance those guys are amazing the car pick up drop off and valet service is awesome, the hotel check is wasn’t bad, the part I had a prblm with is that people tend to judge a book by its cover, or should I say a hint of prejudice going on with the staff or perhaps it’s the way things go I’m not sure. I went to buy a drink and the waiter explained to me tht hey this drink is very expensive even wanted to show me how much it cost per drink, lol, okay we’re on vacation we’ve prepared for everything, I noticed he didn’t others hmmm then later on at the dinner restaurant on the rooftop the reservation was mad by our private butler and they wouldn’t give us preferred seating, even after the reservation was made for preferred seating, but the dinner food was amazing the steak and the beef was tender and succulent awesome job chef!!!!! The pool was clean everyday the breakfast was delicious the overall staff was very courteous! A few bad apples can ruin it tho. The location is good construction goin on around it, I had a chance to play golf at Puerto Golf Club give it shot if you enjoy golf! It’s worth the price tag!

The room was comfortable, clean and pretty and the pool and views were stunning, but I think what made this vacation the most special was the room hosts that were assigned to us- Alexander and Mariana. They went the extra mile for us to make sure all our needs are being addressed. We had some miss communications with some stuffs in the hotel, but they immediately made sure to solve it and made us very comfortable and happy. The experience wouldn’t be the same without them.

The service was amazing

Everything gives you a luxury experience, from clean room, amazing staff that pays attention to details, to great amenities, and to the amazing food that the restaurants are offering.

This was a splurge vacation for us, and it was one we’ll never forget! We opted to do the all-inclusive as we brought our 8 and 11 year olds and it was beyond worthwhile. Every last detail is considered, the food is incredible, the facilities are beautiful, and the staff are exceptional. Manuel and Estefanía from Host Services were so attentive and readily available for anything we needed, restaurant and poolside staff were incredibly friendly and provided a true experience. There are too many to name, but Jesus, Juan, Oscar, and the hilarious duo Abraham and Carlos at Nido all created a magical week! It is tranquil, calming and gorgeous. We dream of going back!!

We really love Viceroy. The design of the resort is amazing. It gave you a sense of peace. The hotel is very carefully about details, so it makes you feel very comfortable. It is very clean and spotless. The food at rooftop restaurant is great, steaks are perfect. The waiters are very nice and we had fun with them for two dinners. Thank you Viceroy!

Excellent service from all staff especially Manuel and Estefania. Pool staff are so helpful and attentive. Property is immaculate and gym exceptional. Food choices at property are very good. Room was wonderful - spacious and incredible views.

Anniversary stay for my wife and I. They went above and beyond. The host Jorge went the extra mile during our stay, Jorge did everything to make my wife’s and I anniversary amazing and memorable.

Beautiful facility! If you can, upgrade to bigger room.
