I had to wait 5 hours outside the room due to door lock jammed. Sent request to the property Management for consideration of compensation and credit on apt rent , no response at all.

Absolute Katastrophe Unser Flugzeug landete leider erst 22:10 Uhr. Wir mussten also 4x klingeln und 15 Minuten warten bis sich jemand um 23 Uhr bewegt hat. Sonst: Extrem hartes bett - schon am 2. Tag hatte ich Rückenschmerzen, dass ich nicht mehr schlafen konnte Sofa und Sessel sehr durchgesessen Nicht für beide Betten ein Nachttisch Abstehende Kabel Ķeine Garderobenhaken Unzählige Lichtschalter ohne Funktion Alles rot - es sieht eher aus wie ein Bordell, denn wie ein Aparthotel Wifi funktioniert meistens auch nicht In unsrerem Fall durften wir durch eine hässliche Treppe ohne Fahrstuhl in die 5. Etage klettern 1 Bettdecke für 2 Personen Mit einer Luxury-Suite hatte das überhaupt nichts zu tun Nie wieder.

Room was too small, not clean, carpet in very bad condition, room has disgusting smell….

Room was fantastic! Unfortunately I had a lot of problems checking in. There’s no reception, the doorbell is broken, and there is a phone number you can call but the employees only speak Russian. Tip: just send a WhatsApp message to that number so you can use google translate. Also be aware that there may be a lot of stairs to your room!

I wanted a 1 night stay with my family trip to Chisinau. Parking was my first priority. I filtered for parking and found this Prestige Apart hotel. When I arrived I was told that there is no parking and you have to find one around streets. I was definitely not very happy. I was also not helped to find one around. I was told go around the streets and find the parking in my own. So I had no other choice but to find one on my own. There was no reception and happen to find this girl who showed us the apartment no 30. Now the worse was yet to come. Inside the apartment, the fridge and freezer doors do not close so I had to put a chair in front to close but still it was not closed properly. The kitchen garbage bin was still full from previous guest ( not empty). One of the cabinet there was a half bottle of 1 liter coke left from previous guest. The bathroom toilet seat almost coming off, bathroom mirror broken and pieces of water faucet can be seen in the cabinet. Livingroom curtain falling off. In the bedroom, wires coming out of a socket. It was just a seroius disaster. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. I'm so disappointed with this stay. Attached pictures can be seen for more details. There is dedinitely nothing Prestige about this hotel. Only 1 positive point is that it is located centrally.

The location of Hotel Apart Prestige is in a good part of the city, with convenient access to the city center and nearby restaurants. The only staff member I interacted with—Anna, during check-in—was friendly. However, the building is old, and the refrigerator door was defective, needing to be kept shut with a chair. My room faced the street and lacked proper sound insulation; even the windows did not close properly, resulting in excessive noise. I was unable to sleep until 1:00–2:00 AM due to traffic and people talking late into the night. Additionally, there was no room service during my two-day stay. Personally, I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others.

Bellissima esperienza, le ragazze della reception gentilissime sempre disponibile. Tornerò da loro ogni volta ché avrò bisogno di fermarmi a Chișinău.

Lovely host and easy access communication by WhatsApp. Let us check in early. Very beautiful rooms and massive bathroom. Easy walkable to centre less 7 mins.

It’s not a hotel at all it’s apartments that don’t even have a sign and it’s impossible to find the entrance if you are tourist and there is no office.very bad service
