아스토리아 호텔 부드바 - 몬테네그로

We booked 3 rooms, and each has issues. The air con was not working for all 3 rooms. One of the room 105 was rather dusty, unexpected of a 4 Stars hotel. The kettle was not working. Internet was not working either. The back of the TV remote was missing in one of the room. As for the breakfast, it was a long wait, 1h30 despite we indicated that we had to leave early, and in the end we had to take part of the breakfast in takeaway bag. The receptionist was very helpful, but her service ended when she was done with her shift (approx. 5pm). We cannot understand why a 4 stars hotel does not have a 24h reception service. Totally disappointed with the stay!

We left after seeing the property. No way we were to stay there, trying to get my refund which is impossible to get through Expedia. This site is not helping if what ever is advertised is not what it is in reality and now not helping at ALL with refunding the payment

Stayed here for 2 nights the hotel is located just inside the old town walls and has a restaurant with a terrace on the beach. We had a superior suite which had 2 bedrooms and a lounge area was clean with good amenities however the room was quite dark and we needed the lights on during the day. There were shutters on the windows which didn’t open limiting the amount of natural light. Air con was good Breakfast was nice each day - it was al a carte with a reasonable amount of options

First I have to admit that the location couldn’t be better. On the beach in the wall to the Old Town. We stayed at the hotel. Our room with a balcony and a view over beach and ocean. If they understood guest relations at all they would have a good review but probably they don’t need good reviews because of the location. We booked the best room included breakfast and prepaid and during check-in they told us that we also had 10% off at the restaurant. To get the 10% we need to show that we lived at the hotel. We didn’t expected that or asked for 10%, we were just offered 10% off. Late for eating lunch we decided to take the offer and have a small lunch. When the waiter arrived with the drinks we showed that we were staying at the hotel but they told us we were to late. YOU HAVE TO SHOW THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER! Just checked in at the hotels best room I was a little surprised and didn’t accept. Instead of a nice 10% off they tried to steal 10%. Well in a very bad mood the waiter told me he gave me 10% from his own money. Later in the room I found an A4 sign ”It’s mandatory to present the breakfast card before ordering, if you do not register that you are a guest of the hotel, you will pay the total cost. OK it’s not mentioned it must be before ordering and it didn’t make me feel good or welcome. I already paid for the breakfast in advance and now I as a guest need to behave in a certain way to receive what I already paid for.

What a location! Spent new years here and it was right at the heart of everything. Wonderful staff, lovely rooms and fantastic breakfast. The beach terrace was literally rocking each day with live bands in the winter sunshine… a true gem of a place

Beautiful location with three areas to eat. Safe, quiet, clean. Air con worked great. Bed comfortable, staff great. Nicely appointed room. Park at the very last parking lot of town, you just have to queue until a spot becomes available. I paid 17euro for about 15:00 to 08:30

The parking availability is a lie. The only option is public parking, which costs €2/hour during the day and €1.5/hour at night. This is double the €20/day advertised by the hotel. When we complained, the hotel offered no compensation and only offered us the option of leaving with a refund for the second of the two nights already booked and paid for. Regarding the accommodations, the bathroom was dark and the towels were stained. During the night, there was a very loud outside air conditioning noise. In short, don't fall for this trap. Escape while you still can.

Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Huone oli siisti ja puhdas ja varustettu jäähdytyksellä.Miinuksena sänky ei ollut erityisen mukava, sekä melu, joka lähti hotellin ilmanvaihtokoneesta. Kone sijaitsi ns. sisäpihalla.

A truly beautiful boutique hotel. Located in the old town and right on the beach. A lovely beach front restaurant with a great selection of food and drinks. The room was absolutely stunning with views of the beach and city walls. A gorgeous rooftop restaurant with a smaller menu however still beautiful with views to die for. Go at sunset to watch the surrounding mountain change colour as the sun goes down. Just breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Great location, private beach but you still have to pay for the sun beds, at a 50% discount. Nice staff.

Inside the old town. Location of hotel makes It very convenient to walk around.

El hotel bien, muy bien ubicado y cómodo, aunque sin ascensor. Si consumen en el bar de playa y son huéspedes tienen descuento. Avisen antes que son huéspedes. CUIDADO si elegimos cenar en el roof top, aunque avisamos que éramos huéspedes y nos tomaron el número de habitación, No hicieron el descuento, Nos retiraron las facturas luego de pagarlas y debimos reclamarlas. Así que si eligen cenar en el roof top estén atentos para que les descuenten lo que corresponde. Porque si reclamas después, te dicen que lo sienten y que fue un error. La verdad no era por el dinero, fue la acción, empañó la estancia . Lo demás bien.

Prima hotel, stil, goede airco, aan het strand en andere kant in centrum. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Onbijt prima!

Great staff, nice rooms, and amazing location

Location is great, it’s in the heart of the old city. The biggest challenge is getting to it. The taxi will drop you off about a half a mile away so if you have heavy luggage and or difficulty walking, this is not the place for you.

One night to visit Budva. Room was small but overall pleasant

Oikein kivalla sijainnilla vanhassa kaupungissa rannan puolella oleva hotelli. hotellilla omaa rantaa ja rantatuolit kuului huoneen hintaan. myös hotellin ravintolapalvelut sai rannalle. paitsi aamupala joka syötiin muualla.
