Limpeza do quarto não foi boa. Wi fi muito ruim. O hotel estava em obras e o recepcionista tinha que fazer tudo. Quarto e vista excelentes.

Lækkert lille og stille hotel. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt. Restauranten var fin og udendørsarealerne på hotellet var lækre. Værelset havde en god størrelse med et stort badeværelse. Den eneste negative ting var, at hotellets udendørs pool ikke virkede før på afrejsedagen, så den fik vi ikke prøvet. Jeg kan varmt anbefale hotellet og ville helt klart komme igen selv.

Clean excellent service great location

Stayed end of June for 5 nights Positives: concierge, housekeeping, view, size of room. Negatives: -amenities not as advertised-rooftop pool closed due to construction; patio at beach platform under noisy construction; toilet doesn’t flush properly; -2 waterpolo nets at water platform with very noisy players; -spotty wifi; 1limited or no English at restaurant Would not recommend this hotel-it is certainly not 5 Star as advertised.

So this is a tough one to write. There is a lot of building and expansion occurring throughout Montenegro. The hotel is not immune from that. At the time of our stay they were building a covered seating area for the bar/beach area. This caused there to be a lot of noise and debris strewn about. I think some won’t take that into account and will have something to complain about, and they’re not wrong. The pool is closed for repairs so that was off limits and during the building, there wasn’t as much space in the loungers by the ocean. Having said all that, the room does have good soundproofing. The bed and pillow were both very comfortable and the a/c worked. There was one night that the whole city of tivat was without water, a major inconvenience in the summer when all you want to do is wash the sweat off of you. But that also isn’t the hotels fault. Big wins here: Massages and facials were relaxing and thoroughly needed. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. To work on: The shower is small and a bit dingy. The toilet paper disperser broke and left me stranded for a few minutes while my husband went searching for other “options.” The restaurant didn’t have a menu that particularly enticed me. Tivat is a bit far from Perast and Kotor so you will need to drive or get a cab. There is currently no uber in Montenegro.

The hotel is situated well and the room was clean and very nice. The dinner and breakfast e had there were excellent. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lovely rooftop pool was under renovations and closed. One would think they'd mention this on the site as you reserve or at least compensate guests by reducing meal prices or something else...but no. Also not sure why they'd fix the pool during peak tourist season and not during winter..? But ok.

The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was genuinely excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and clearly tried their best to help, especially the front desk employee who worked hard to resolve our issue. Unfortunately, our first night was spent in a room with broken air conditioning. Despite the summer heat, we were only provided with a fan, which made for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. While the hotel did move us to a different room with functioning air conditioning the following night, it didn’t change the fact that we lost a night’s rest during a relatively short stay. The location is very good, and the property has a lot going for it. However, a working air conditioner is a basic expectation, especially during the warmer months. The staff handled the situation as professionally as they could, but the hotel should never have rented the room in that condition in the first place. Great staff and a nice location, but the broken air conditioning significantly impacted our stay.

Our room smelled like an ashtray and the hotel lost the reservation for the tour they booked us. An overall awful experience.

Hotel La Roche is a luxurious and elegant place. The room looked like a small Royal wing with a beautiful view. The staff is/are polite and courteous. Great location; short walk to marina, bars and restaurants; etc. Although the breakfast was wonderful, I was expecting a buffet as I prefer to help myself to be served.

Food in the restaurant is painfully slow (1.5 hours to get breakfast and longer for evening meal - disorganised and lacking in kitchen staff) and is cold when it arrives. Pool not in use but no notification that it had suffered a leak before we arrived. Rooms however are really good with fantastic views.

Excellent hotel in every way, staff brilliant, location brilliant, parking right outside, food excellent

Ücretsiz otoparkı mevcuttu. Ayrıca bölgenin en iyi manzaralarından birinde uyanıyorsunuz. Personeller çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüler. Hiçbir sorun yalamadık bir daha gidersem tercih edeceğim otel.

Although there are many issues in the room due to the heavy rain several days ago, the staff is so friendly that she helped us resolve most of them. Generally speaking, fantastic experience

Boutique La Roche is the best Hotel that i have ever visited. I have visited thousands of international Hotels all over the world, and i can confidently say that La Roche is the best in all aspects. They just make the experience perfect for you. A special thanks goes to Receptionist Jovana, she just made iur stay exceptional. She was very helpful, always smiling, she even carried our bags. I wish that La Roche management rewards here for the great efforts she is putting

Excellent hotel, great location just a short walk from the main area, yet far enough to be a peaceful location. Breakfast was magnificent but didn’t dine here on an evening, it seemed very quiet, Hotel overall was very clean, good facilities with some lovely touches. However, one of these lovely touches was a beautifully presented box of chocolates on arrival. I popped back to the room during breakfast one day to pick up a cardigan and found the housekeeping staff eating the box of chocolates, they weren’t replaced. That left a sour taste and doubt around trustworthiness. Obviously valuables were kept in the safe but I had a rethink and put nicer items of clothing back into a locked suitcase. A shame really, as everything and everyone else was faultless.

Exceptional stay. Very attentive, personal service especially on reception. Beautiful location, short walk to main Tivat area. Great breakfasts served outside with lovely view. Currently has the best spot for sunset. Highly recommend.
