This apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions of Kotor’s Old Town. The owner, Radonja, was incredibly welcoming, warm, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Having a host who genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a great experience makes all the difference. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kotor.

Amazing 5 days stay in Kotor. Belvi studios is a step away to navigate varied historical areas of the old town and the nearby towns like Budva and Perast. The place is clean easy walk-up, safe and great for solo travelers. The WiFi connectivity is never a problem and has the opulence to streamline Netflix, YouTube and Prime with your personal account. There is ease in excursions (boat and bus) as organized tours can be found within the vicinity. The host Radonja took extra time to welcome and capsulized interesting points you may want to integrate in your plans. The recommended restaurant was superb (Roma) with delectable seafood menu. The coffee treat and tete-a-tete was extra and very personal to demonstrate the host’s hospitality to his guest! Will recommend highly and will definitely come-back! Abbi -New York, USA 🇺🇸

The owner was trully exeptional...first class service...room was all the things we need...didnt expect the cooker...shower could have been stronger but managrable...a bit noisy in the evening but to be fair enough it was the week they celebrated the anniversary of there independence...but overall we were a happy customer and I'll stay there again.

First of all, must give the host a big applause, he helped us with the luggages when we checked in and out, he recommended the restaurants and helped us to make a plan to visit the tourist attractions. And the Location is very convenient close to everything, ie bus terminal, grocery stores the most convenient is the place is right in the old town, making it easy to get around!

The host was absolutely amazing and really makes this place. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re all settled in nicely even carried my bag. The room is air-conditioned it’s quite old that quite comfortable. The only downside is it is above a cocktail place so it is quite noisy into the night. Maybe just bring earplugs in case. I guess the offset of that is its position very nicely in the centre of town and easy to get to the boat and climb the hill and have restaurants and cafes within reach.

I had a really wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. The location is excellent- close to everything you need, with easy access to transport, shops and local attractions.
The room was very well maintained and clean, providing relaxing space after a long day. It felt like home away from home.
The host was incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely kind throughout our stay. He provided us with instructions on how to get around, good food and restaurant recommendations and was available for any help whenever needed.
Their hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience.
Overall, a fantastic stay with great value, and would definitely come back again!

The room is located right next to a very loud bar that goes on until the early hours of the morning. The beds are two sofas and the decor is a little outdated. Everything else was amazing. The host was incredible. He bought us coffee a few times in the cafe outside, he booked us on a boat tour and he was very informative.

First of all the host Radonja is a decent man and it was easy to contact him and he was flexible for our needs, as i arranged with him the night before arrival he was waiting for us outside the property and he welcomed us and gave us alot of recommendations from sightseeing to dinning and we followed most of it and we didn't get disappointed as it was amazing.
The studio is clean, centrally located in the old town and of a good size just enough for 2 person despite the toilet is on the tiny side.
It's a lively area so expect noise till after the midnight.
Thank you Radonja for your nice invitation for the coffe and all the nice recommendations which helped us having better holiday

Bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement parfait. L hote est d une rare courtoisie. Il nous a trouvé une solution gratuite pour le stationnement de la voiture (pas un détail à Kotor). Quelques petits détails au niveau du studio, sans grande importance ; le matelas est très confortable. Je recommande.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were greeted by a friendly host who was happy to share information about the city’s highlights and gave us great tips on which restaurants to check out. He had even prepared maps in Norwegian for us. He offered us free beach towels and invited us for coffee. The apartment is very central and convenient. The host also helped us arrange an affordable taxi back to the airport, as many drivers charge high prices for this route. The only negative thing was that the internet was occasionally unstable.
There are many stairs up to the apartment, but the host helped us carry our luggage.
I see several complaints about noise, but that’s to be expected when staying in such a central location. We had no trouble sleeping.
We felt very well taken care of and can highly recommend Studios Belvi.

I wouldn't stay there again; you can certainly find many better options in Kotor. Too noisy, no curtains on the windows, too many stairs, no parking, and the host is very polite but unsympathetic.
