Todo muy bien

Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities.

Wirklich schönes 5 Star Resort mit allem Comfort und Service auf höchstem Niveau. Alles hat super funktioniert, obwohl wir im März fast alleine in der riesigen Anlage waren.

De los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado!! Su único defecto es que casi ninguno de sus empleados habla inglés ni español entonces es muy complicado comunicarse y pedir cosas!!!

The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort.

Magnifique villa avec piscine privée, séjour incroyable

Great stay. Staff is very friendly and ensure the best possible experience. The permises are breathtaking as well as the private beach. Villa was very spacious and beautiful. The breakfast buffet and restaurants were amazing.

Very good property and environment, but lake of maintenance and the staff’s service is not as professional as a luxury hotel standard. Low value for the money.

The staff are nice but they are missing trainings and they couldn’t fulfil a simple needs as supply a hair dyer and chase a lagarto that we found on the bed room roof. I was very disappointed specially for a 5 stars hotel.

A Breath taking resort the interior & exterior Andalusian villas are incredibly beautiful. Exceptional outdoor & view by the guest pool & breakfast restaurant The housekeeping did very net service when I came back to my villa found it well maintained they nicely organized the wardrobe & my toiletries I liked their touch. The stuff at the restaurants are very welcoming & friendly yet not very professional i can say they need enhancing training & experience to be Banyan tree signature standard. The first night at the resort was not an expected good experience to us as we were bitten by the ants on the bed throughout the night, we couldn’t sleep☹️ The next morning I spoke to the duty manager Miss Sanaa who fixed the issue fairly. Overall the stay was pleasant & I would come back again Thank you Banyan tree tamouda bay stuff

The mini bar is empty, TV is not working and I can’t tern light’s off

this was a wonderful place to recharge and just rest. the bed and the villa were magnificent. The staff was so sweet and helpful. sometimes, I wished the cleaning ladies were more respectful of Do No Disturb but overall, heaven. the spa is incredible and the knowledge of my masseuse was very comforting. I highly recommend the spq

This place is a little heaven on earth. The serenity pool villa was amazing to say the least with your very own courtyard and private pool area. The breakfast post - covid was also exceptional, the waiters especially Mohamed did an excellent job in providing us with the ultimate experience.
