시설은 현대적이고 깔끔합니다- Old medina까지 걸어서 20분 정도 거리이고 역까지도 걸어서 20분 정도면 갑니다. 바다뷰 방에 숙박시 보이는 해변 경치가 좋습니다. 해변과 호텔 사이에는 왕복 6차선도로가 있습니다. 조식은 뷔페식이었고 청결하고 무난했습니다. Sanae가 체크인, 체크아웃을 안내해주었는데 친절하였습니다. 다음에 가더라도 여기 호텔에 숙박할 듯 합니다.

Very good place to stay at Tanger. People at front desk could be more attentive and efficient. Check in & check out (both) take a lot of time. At restaurants and during breakfast the service is top level.

Lo bueno... excelente hotel, magnificas habitaciones, desayuno fabuloso, restaurantes con menu fabuloso... un refugio si no te gusta la comida arabe. Lo malo... no tenian lista la habitacion para 4 pesonas, tuvimos que bajar para que subieran camas, sabanas, toallas...

Das Hotel wurde renoviert und die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und sauber mit einem schönen Bad. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger negativer Punkt ist die Organisation beim Frühstück. Es ist gut gelegen und 15 Minuten Gehweg von der Medina.

Avions réservé chambre premium pour 2 nuits. Chambre 110 nous a été donnée: 1 seul lavabo dans la sdb et en plus l’évacuation était bouchée. Chambre 1er étage donnant sur la corniche, à éviter absolument: nuisances sonores de la rue jusqu’à plus de 5 heures du matin!!! Cela semble être une habitude!!! Nous avons dû prolonger le séjour d’1 nuit supplémentaire pour des raisons indépendantes de notre volonté, mais alors nous avons demandé toujours une chambre premium mais sur un autre étage (chambre 320). Et là nous nous sommes rendus compte que les standards de la 320 n’étaient pas identiques à la chambre 110!!! Chambre bien plus grande, 2 lavabos, banc au pieds du lit, sofa, bidet dans les toilettes. Ceci signifie donc que les 2 premières nuits que nous avons passées dans ce que l’on croyait être une chambre premium était faux. Donc nous nous sommes fait littéralement arnaqué sur la classification de la chambre 110. Ceci est scandaleux!!!

We had to spend some time before the Air conditioning and the room were prepared. The Hotel Staff was excellent, but still, it took some time to get things all right before we slept that night. Breakfast was excellent, the location is fantastic and everything is really closeby

I like the clean rooms, delicious breakfast with good variety and excellent service from the staff. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance that serve decently good food as well. Can also take a stroll at the beach in the evening just to chill. Very relaxing.

Our room smelled like sewage and was rather unpleasant. Actually the entire floor smelt like sewage. The traffic from the street was loud and could be heard at most hours. The rooftop bar could be very nice but they had almost nothing from the menu available, we placed three orders and they had not one of those beverages in stock. This is not appropriate for a Barcelo facility. Inside the room the door to the bathroom was bent and could not close at all. There was white fuzz all over the drawers and we had no idea what this was ( I took photos) but it was distressing to see this inside our room. Highly disappointed. On a positive note, the attendant at the front door was wonderful, always smiling and very kind

Amazing hotel. A proper 5 star hotel. Rooms were clean. Hotel was fantastic . Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Location was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here. And I will definitely be coming back.

Mise à part la lenteur au check in le séjour s'est bien passé Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec une très belle vue sur la plage. Je regrette également un manque de professionnalisme de certains membre du staff.

Pictures are deceiving. It is on a busy main road and then you have to cross the busy road to get to the beach. Worse than Blackpool

The view, the helpful staff. My only complaint is that the bathroom light comes on automatically. That's not good when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Much too bright. Perhaps a small nite light would be better.
