Friendly staff.

Fantastic!

Really nice property and the bed was extremely comfy - western soft bed rather than the harder traditional riad beds. Breakfast was nice in the garden too. Downside was the spa was not open (no notice of this was provided until checking in) and the lady said she’d ask about service in town but never came back to us. Also they’re doing some construction work on site which was loud - slightly annoying when there to relax

Gostamos muito. Lugar calmo, tranquilo. Pena que estava um pouco frio, se estivesse calor, poderia aproveitar a piscina. Café da manhã bom. Nada especial.

The kitchen lady called Zainab made our stay amazing and for real all the staff are kind and nice it is feels like warm place to stay in to relax

Great place

Great property to stay in, if you love horses you're going to love this place it's a horse ranch. But you must have a rental car cuz there is nothing around. But the staff is very friendly, professional and courteous definitely recommending for people to stay

Endroit isolé mais superbe! A bonne distance de l'aéroport mais le personnel a été hyper efficace pour nous organiser un transport aux aurores. Lieux magnifiques. Accueil chaleureux. Parfait pour une famille avec enfant qui a besoin de bouger. Animaux, terrains aménagés, jeux, tout y est.

My stay at Equi Palace and Spa was one of the most pleasant I've had in a long time. Everything about Equi Palace was magical. The accommodations were great and the staff was extremely friendly. This is the perfect place for a family-friendly vacation. I loved every minute of it, to the point where I extended my stay. I was also traveling with my autistic son. The environment was so pleasant and peaceful that my son did not have a single tantrum during the time we were there, and that to me is priceless. I will definitely be visiting them again in the future and recommend them.

Bel endroit, on nous a offert une chambre plus grande que celle réservé. Accueil très agréable Attention, pour la cour de jeux pour enfants, ce qui était important pour nous, ne pas se fier aux photos. Trampoline très brisé, table de babyfoot bonne pour les poubelle. Glissade et balancoire en bon état. La piscine et spa était fermé

Scelto vicino all’aeroporto dì Casablanca per un volo di prima mattina si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa, il posto è molto tranquillo e la camera spaziosa e curata. Il personale è efficiente e molto disponibile, cena al ristorante di ottima qualità. A differenza di altri Hotel Marocchini questo meriterebbe decisamente una stella in più.

Very far from city, no food options around. You only have to rely on inhouse restaurant. Breakfast staff not available, had to wait 30 mins for a person to appear even though breakfast starts at 900 pm in the morning. Not a very convenient location if you dont have your own transport arrangement.

Expensive for what's offered, no hot water in the Jacuzzi, some of the workers/staff are rude and lying. We booked the royal suite, the staff only knew that we had a booking but not which room and not if we had booked it with breakfast, the place has some animals which is sweet, but the taking care of the things around is very bad, old things, broken here and there, the tv satellite channels didn't work. we didn't get help with it either, mostly noone at the reception and in the middle of nowhere. i don't really recommend it as a hotel at all, just for the coffe maybe. Horses and animals are suffering from malnutrition, which is weird becaue the owner is a horse riding champion. The beds were also dirty and had bread crumbs and hairs sadly. The chimney wasn't working either. No heating in the cold of this remote place /village. Also pillows have not been washed it seems

Worst property ever. Unable to contact host telephonically as listed number is invalid. Pre-booked a 3-night stay but upon arrival the place was horrific and terrible. Host allocated me to a lower category room. Pictures online are deceiving. Upon check in I informed the host that I would like to check out the next morning as the place was disgusting. Host agreed to this and had indicated that she is willing to cancel the remaining 2 nights with full a refund if hotels.com agrees (as it was a non-cancellable booking). Hotels.com agreed the same night via text that I may receive a refund if the host responds to their email. Host then indicated that she had not yet received an email from hotels.com, but that she will respond in the coming days once received. Having all parties agree to the refund I departed the property the next morning. After a few days I had still not received a refund and I had gone back to the property, but the guard refused to grant me entry and stated that the host is not present. Hotels.com subsequently informed me that the host responded to the email after several requests and had refused to provide a refund. The host therefore lacks integrity. I highly recommend that you avoid this property as I perceive the host as a con and scam. I am a gold member of hotels.com as I have booked many times using this platform. Hence, I have seen many different properties over time, and this was my worst experience to date.

L'endroit est vraiment reposant, le personnel très gentil et serviable. On a beaucoup aimé le style de l'hotel aussi. Le seul point à améliorer c'est la mise en place d'un paneau lumineux à l'entrée pour ceux qui arrive tard la nuit car l'accès n'été pas facile à localiser.
