Excellent property with extremely friendly staff who ensured our stay was very enjoyable. Delicious spread of buffet breakfast and great food in other restaurants too. Convenient location, highly recommend!

We celebrated our anniversary there. Upon our arrival, in our room were flowers and treats to celebrate! Thank you Four Seasons. Staff were friendly and went out of there way to be helpful. Gorgeous property with large pool and relaxing spa. The massage was appreciated mid trip!

I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Four Seasons Marrakech and it was absolutely unforgettable! The property is stunning — a true haven in the heart of the city with beautiful pools, elegant rooms, and fantastic restaurants. Only three hours from the UK, it feels like a world away. What made it extra special were the staff, who are genuinely the friendliest I’ve ever met. Luxury, comfort, and hospitality at its very best. Can’t wait to return!

Four seasons Marrakech is absolutely stunning. Beautiful property. Class and modern rooms. All the restaurants are 5 stars with dishes that will have you saying “wow” with every bite. Quattro being my favorite. The staff are all amazing and accommodating. Love the WhatsApp chat, to have easy access to hotel staff for any request. The hotel is literally right next to M.Avenue, festive nightlife area with so much to do and restaurants to choose from. Le Douar is a must. Highly recommend Four seasons marrakesh. Less than 10 min from the airport. Easily accessible. Yet secluded and luxurious. I would honesty visit Marrakesh again just to stay at this hotel.

The staff/people were incredible and made the experience the most memorable. Ishmail, one of the assistance by the pool along with his team, were spectacular, offering the most outstanding, caring, custom-made service. Every person we encountered, from the security personnel, grounds men, concierge, check in staff, room service assistance were exceptional in their service. The food tasted specially prepared, perfectly flavoured with the choicest and freshest ingredients. This was a spectacular experience, the room was tastefully prepared and welcoming. We spent six nights and seven days, and every moment was the most relaxing, unwinding, and therapeutic moment. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Great service and infrastructure

The hotel is not same as it was before. Staff is not great. Does not have a great experience. Not worth for money

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms. All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

Brilliant in every way!

Loved the rooms, campus, patio, staffs, pools and food. The staff especially made our stay memorable. Most services are expensive. Tennis costs extra. Gym is good with separate cardio and weight rooms. Transportation offered by hotel is very expensive. Mall next to hotel is cool with loads of shopping and dining options.

This property was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend. I was disappointed in regard to the facilities simply because the adult pool was closed for renovation, and so was the tennis court. I was never informed and this was two of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Otherwise, staff and service were exceptional! Would stay again provided no ongoing renovations.

We chose FS Marrakech for location and security. It did not disappoint. The level of service by every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. We will not soon forget our experience here. Special thank you and shout out to Hajar. She went above and beyond! She set up our private tours, transfers, and even hotel recommendations in Tangier. No request was too much for all the staff there. An extraordinary level of hospitality!
