호텔 파라 탕헤르

시내에서 좀 멀었지만 무료 셔틀 자가용으로 시내로 데려다 줌. 물론 팁을 줬지만 그래도 정확한 위치로 데려다 주이까 편리. ^^ 첨 도착후 호텔로 오는데 택시기사와 소통에 약간의 어려움이 있었음. 기사 말로는 웬 만한 호텔은 안다은데. 기사가 몇번이나 다른 택시기사에게 물어보고 겨우 찾아옴.

Staff in the reception friendly and very helpfully. Breakfast is qualitativ very good Bungalow are old and must be renewed, not clean ( sofa, bathroom and kitchen) . And the acoustic isolation is very bad , noisy cars and motorcycles during the night .

Séjour décevant. Les bungalows proposés par l’hôtel et indiqués comme accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite se trouve en dehors de l’hôtel. L’accès à ces bangalows est impossible pour une personne à mobilité réduite, à cause des nombreuses marche à monter. Nous étions obligé d’accepter une chambre dans l’hôtel, qui vaut la moitié du prix du bungalow que nous avons payé, pour permettre l’accès à une personne à mobilité réduite. Le service client de hôtels.com est décevant, aucune solution trouvé , puis aucune réponse. Nous avons payé un séjour dans un bungalow (75 m2l et nous nous sommes trouvé dans une chambre de 40 m2 qui vaut la moitié du prix de notre réservation.

Hôtel pas digne de 5 étoiles !! Les hébergements sont de mauvais état À éviter !!!!! Le seul point positif c'est le petit déjeuner Pire expérience vécue

Beside the hotel restaurant employees, their customer service and food was perfect. Farah hotel restaurant employees are amazing especially with the lead of the restaurant Manager Hassan who made our experience amazing..Thank you Hassan you’re the best!! Thanks to your team and chef. Otherwise I had a bad experience at the check in very bad customer service, no clear communication. I called 4 days in a row before my stay to confirm my arrival to ask about upgrade options but I had no answer. At the arrival I stand at the front reception for a bit while 2 receptionists finishing their tasks but no one greeted me!! After that I was assigned a room that is absolutely not matching the description or the pic on Expedia reservation. Tried to negotiate but no results! This is my second time at this hotel my first experience last year was much better. Not sure I will be back again!!

Excellent but too far from the city

Etablissement somptueux placé sur les hauteurs de la ville. La chambre avec vue sur mer a été pour nous un pur régal ! Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse irréprochable du début à la fin. Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier Aya et Brahim qui ont été très réactif et très professionnel pour nous trouver une chambre dès 13:00 afin que nous puissions déposer nos affaires ! La piscine est magnifique avec une vue surplombant la mer. Je recommande cet hôtel idyllique et son personnel chaleureux les yeux fermés. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion d'y revenir un jour !

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel du restau très gentils et volontaires avec mention spéciale à Mr Sohaib, Mr Hassan et la dame qui prépare les msmen, crêpes.... 2 grandes piscines une avec ambiance et une super calme. Par ailleurs aucun rapport qualité prix. Vieux équipements, pas propre, il faut toujours réclamer pour les serviettes et ça m'est arrivée d'attendre plus de 2h en relançant trois fois pour en avoir. Beaucoup d'instects et d'arraignées dans l'appart. Accès aux bongalows avec beaucoup de marches et pas éclairé, compliqué pour personnes âgés et avec bagages car personne ne nous a accompagné pour nous montrer ou c'est ni pour nous aider à ramener nos bagages . Malheureusement, très déçus de notre expérience !!

It was a horrible stay, I paid for bungalow and it is more expensive but it was so bad . Inside was worn up and no towels until I called them and there were a LOT of bugs, defenetly no five star hotel First night I could not sleep because there were bug which did a Loud noise so in the morning I told them to change to a normal double but they refused even that bungalow were more expensive Girl in reception had a bad attitude and was so cold and would help and ignored me totally so watch out for this hotel and please Hotels.com the pictures on the webside is really not like in real

Super venligt og behjælpelig personale især mimouna var især behjælplig og imødekommende da vi ankom. Rengøring var i top, og god morgenmad med forskellige udvalg.

Tres mauvaise experience!!! Chambre avec poussière, mauvaise odeurs.... Impossible de se doucher sans mouiller le parterre car pas d'isolement des douches tout se mouille. Chambres faites apres 17:00 et oubli des serviettes a chaque fois. Pour aller au cabanon pas d'acces direct oblige d'enlever les talons

Een fijn verblijf, erg mooi uitzicht op de zee. Niet per se 5 sterren waard. Personeel vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam.
