Hotel room very smart and clean. All.the general areas of the hotel were very nicely furnished. Very comfortable to sit in many areas.

It was in general a very pleasant stay. I especially liked how beautiful hotel grounds are and how helpful and attentive the staff was . Rooms are large and well appointed. Cleaning of rooms and around hotel is superb. Food was generally good with decent variety . We loved paella and fresh bread. On the opposite side beef was always tough and overcooked, Italian restaurant needs to look at serving made to order paste dishes rather than pre-cooked dry pasta mixed in bulk with blunt source. Some maintenance is needed around the hotel - our room for example had all numbers worn from temperature control dial and peeling pain on terrace. Pool staff does not fix umbrellas properly in the shaft - more than once we saw flying umbrellas and it just was not tightened properly . Free shuttle bus to city was what influenced our hotel choice, it was so convenient. SPA was ok - but therapists does not seem to be very experienced. I was unpleasantly surprised that hammam had men and women in one room.

The hotel service was good in certain areas. The wait staff and cleaning staff were nice and friendly. The Spa staff booking person was not good, you go to relax and get the opposite. After the first service we canceled everything else for the week because of her. The front desk staff was hit or miss on service. Overall food was average at best.

lovely place been here several times staff and over all quality is amazing and definitely 5star even they only have a 4star rating. I will say the foods gone down hill especially the Italian restaurant o wouldn't even give it a 1 star but over all its ok the buffet has a massive choice and good overall 3/5 star

Love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and so well tended. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear and some maintenance issues but nothing that spoils a great stay. Food choice in the buffets is great and freshly prepared. This was our second visit and we would happily return.

C’est globalement un bon club avec tous les services nécessaires. L’équipe d’animation était un peu décevante pour certaines activités en tant qu’adultes comme le stretching et la zumba, c’était léger et manquait de punch. La diversité du buffet principal pourrait être améliorée. Pas de baignoire ou possibilités alternatives pour les bébés. Les chaises hautes sont néanmoins très appréciables.

Place is nice and staff is accommodating. Bar shuts down at midnight so don’t plan any celebrations after that time on the resort. Easy to get to and from the resort but it’s an automatic up charge for taxis as well as even higher at night. The outdoor pool is not heated and was extremely cold. Pools shut around 6-7 between the indoor and outdoor. The kids club is 4.5 hours split into 2 times, this also goes for entertainment at the pool. The food is decent. They will exchange money for you. The bar staff was very friendly. You will see a lot of people playing games as that’s all there really is to do majority of the day here. At 9-9:30 the entertainment team will put on shows until around midnight. The spa was great and very well priced. Overall I would not return due to the lack of things to do but the place was nice. Had an incident where a women came out of her room to yell at us we were talking to loud while looking for our room key with our daughter. She was extremely rude as well as her husband. I went to the office and practically had to beg them to come address this couple and they did come to say something. I would say there is a lot of entitlement with the visitors at this resort. Smoking where they shouldn’t be. Lack of manners. But again these are the visitors not the staff.

Very limited food options, poor quality drinks (the cheapest of the cheapest), swimming pool sunbeds booked at 07:00AM alteady and it was low sesion (staff wouldn’t mind), it’s in the middle of nowhere The building itself was big and the bar staff was very helpful

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est accueillant et souriant. La nourriture est bonne mais sans plus, ne vous attendez pas à manger des choses d'exceptions mais ça fait l'affaire quand on a pas le temps/envie d'aller sortir manger. La navette gratuite est vraiment un plus.

Hotellet var stort og fint med en god del aktiviteter. Blant annet et show på kvelden. De ansatte var veldig serviceinnstilte og hilste oss med navn tross at det bodde over 100 stk på hotellet. Eneste minuset var at alle alkoholenheter knapt inneholdt alkohol. Selv om det var all inclusive måtte vi betale hvis vi skulle ha en ordentlig flaske med prosecco.

Birthday trip for my husband. Amazing!!!

L'hotel est vaste, et tres agréable avec ses différents espaces de salons cosy, de restaurants, de parcs, des piscines extérieure et couverte, le spa, la.salle de sport, les terrains de tennis, volley, petanques, ping pong...Rien ne manque .Les chambres sont spacieuses et le personnel est vraiment tres agréable. Il y a des animations de journée et le soir. Chacun peut trouver de quoi se faire plaisir. Le seul point negatif est d'avoir du payer le.jour du depart 44 euros pour avoir garder 1 heure de plus une chambre sur quatre pour regrouper les bagages familiaux. Le temps du départ. Sinon tout etait parfait.

Very nice resort! Only thing to complain about was that the outdoor pool wasn’t heated. Too cold for swimming in February!

It was an excellent resort and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Had an absolutely wonderful time! The only downsides is they don’t heat the outdoor pool so even when it’s warm outside, the pool is like a polar plunge situation. The wifi was very spotty and barley worked at all in the room but would by the main building and restaurants. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bedding felt like a bare gauze cover- the room otherwise was beautiful and the staff are very helpful & friendly! The kids club & spa were fantastic as well!
