The is a wonderful hotel, tbe staff are pleasant and very helpful, topnotch customer service, especially Mr Nabil who made all posdible attempts to reach me as i forgot some personal effects in the hotel safe. Thank you Mr. Nabil.

Fabulous, clean , luxurious

Great property but not a walking distance from the old city and needs a taxi to go there. Great roof top party every night. Loved Wesal (the singer) and Abdul-Al (our waiter)!! Reception staff is also great!

El emplazamiento es fabuloso

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Fės, bietet von der Terrasse aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel ist neu und entsprechend gut unterhalten. Beim Check-In hatten wir ursprünglich nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten, was jedoch nach Intervention sofort korrigiert wurde. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Dank raumhohen Fenstern ist es sehr hell. Schade, wurde der Anordnung und Ausrichtung der Zimmer nicht mehr Beachtung geschenkt. Die Aussicht ist bei den meisten Zimmern sehr limitiert. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) ist ausgezeichnet. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Grossartiges Rooftop-Restaurant inkl. Bar mit Tapas Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Medina von Fės ist mit dem Hotelshuttle oder Taxi in ein oaar Fahrminuten einfach zu erreichen Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier spontan um zwei Nächte verlängert, weil uns das Hotel sehr gut gefiel und um hier einen Ruhetag auf unserer Rundreise einzulegen.

Hôtel hyper agréable. Les restaurants et le roof top sont très sympathiques . Le spa très bien . Les massages aussi . Et la nourriture est de qualité . Il est situé dans la ville nouvelle avec une super vue .

The breakfast was lovely, fantastic view from the bar and it was very clean and safe. Walking distance from the big shopping Center Carefour.. highly recommended, we had a lovely room 110, which we loved as it with a courtyard and we could relaxed after the busy day sightseeing.

The property had a distinct odor in the hallways. Spa services were good. Breakfast was good, dinner was mediocre. New year festivities were fun.

2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that anything was wrong with the steam! That was really upsetting!!!

super séjour l’hôtel est très bien et personnel très agréable. les 3 restaurants sont très bien également. dommage que la piscine soit très très froide…. pas possible de prendre un bain dans la baignoire de la chambre …. j’ai bien fait une réservation pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant en bas âge mais à l’arrivée pas de lit enfant ni autre accessoires. ayant pris petit déjeuner inclus le jour du départ à 5h du matin je demande si c possible d’avoir un café et du lait pour faire un biberon la réponse le petit déjeuner ouvre à 7h pour le prix de la chambre je m’attendais à une autre réponse un peut compliqué pour avoir un taxi le jour du départ mais nous somme arrivé à l’h

Bellissimo Hotel fuori dalla medina di Fez, per vivere un’esperienza di lusso a 360 gradi. All’interno tre proposte di ristoranti, due piscine all’aperto e Una spa. Colazione ricca e abbondante. La camera ampia, luminosa, pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. Il design moderno si unisce ad alcuni dettagli tipici, in uno stile unico. L’attenzione e l’organizzazione del personale ha un margine di miglioramento per raggiungere il top.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Gorgeous view of the Medina. The rooftop bar is stunning and food was good. Staff were helpful-especially Chaimae and Zouhair who organized a last minute tour for us. Thank you!

Beautiful property but not well maintained. The carpet was stained badly and the bathtub glass had mold growing along the gaskets. With that being said, services were exceptional, staff were extremely friendly, and the property itself is so stunning. I would still return despite the questionable hygiene in hopes that management takes my review into consideration and makes the necessary improvements.
