Muy buen lugar. Muy céntrico y cómodo para caminar. A 10 minutos de la estación de tren Rabat Ville. Buenos lugares para comer, casa de cambio y parques. La atención del personal siempre amable.

What was good: the breakfast, some of the staff eg. the breakfast ladies, Said (one of the desk staff), the location is great and the man who is on night duty (the friendly and helpful one - unfortunately did not get his name). Otherwise this was a series of unfortunate events. It all started when I checked in late a night (I had emailed to say my flight was landing late) and even though I had paid for (extra) a city view room, they tried to pawn off a room on the first floor with a view of a landing and wall with a huge walk in window that would not lock on me! I refused this room and was given one that I was told was the only one left. It was not great but at least it was higher up and the window locked - ironically, they tried to pawn this unsafe 1st floor room on to a friend who checked in the next day! The rooms were not cleaned daily so you had to scrounge for clean towels. My big beef was with my room door lock which did not work well so every day there was a daily struggle to open and lock the door (the key was clearly bent) but all I got was a shrug when I said anything. There are not amenities: I asked for days for a hairdryer and they said they had 2 but they did not know where but they would find one - this charade went on for days until I left. I booked a taxi to take me to a very early morning flight - I booked this days in advance and confirmed several times but on the morning of, there was no taxi and they didn't seem to care! Beds are hard.

Good Location

The hotel had the most wonderful staff. Everyone was super helpful. The security guard was always welcoming asking how your day or evening had been. Breakfast offered a great selection, the women serving you were friendly and helpful. The only thing is the rooms did not have some of the amenities you would expect from a hotel. For a short stay it is manageable, but not for almost a week when travelling from Australia. I was given the incorrect room for the first three days. This might be because my French is terrible though.

Very convenient and a good breakfast. My room was very pretty and the housecleaners were excellent.

Nice no frills hotel. Very clean and well located. Good breakfast and you can request espresso drinks if you don't want mint tea.

Super fijne locatie. Prachtige interieur en lieve personeel. Dank voor het fijne verblijf.

Personeel, ontvangst en ligging van hotel zijn top! Er is veel lawaai ivm enkel glas als je aan de straat kant ligt heb je weinig nachtrust! Kamer werd niet iedere dag goed schoongemaakt, bedden worden niet ververst, tijdens ons verblijf van 13 dgn geen enkele keer. Handdoeken worden niet dagelijks verschoond. Wasbak verstopt, reservoir toilet moet je handmatig openen zodat hij kan aanvullen. Geen badmat aanwezig waardoor je tijdens het douchen alles zelf moet opdweilen. Ontbijt in hotel was niet gevarieerd en heel karig! Voor een hotel op deze ligging waren de verwachtingen hoog! Jammer maar personeel doet zn best en is ontzettend vriendelijk!

Helpful staff and was a cool hotel. Breakfast buffet was more generous than the riad style of “you get what they serve”. We had a room onto the main street which was loud in the evening though and the rugs in the room need replacing as they’re visibly dirty

Je réserve je paie et j’arrive à cet hôtel on m’annonce que c’est complet étonnement et pour simple réponse « bon courage bonne journée » même pas une aide pour me trouver un autre logement pour la nuit et je parle même pas du refus de me rembourser !!! À ce jour je ne peux que vous dire de fuir

Overall this hotel was fine. The cleaning could've been a little better but it wasn't terrible and the beds were very hard. The staff however were nice and helpful and whenever we called to get coffee brought up to the room it arrived within minutes. And the location is great!

If you're like me and have champagne tastes on a beer budget this is the place for you. Conveniently located by the Medina all amenities within easy walking distance. Staff here are multilingual and deliver exceptional customer service.
