Veldig fint hotell med gode fasiliteter og kjempehyggelig folk som jobber her! Nærhet til både byliv og strand. Eneste som trekker oppholdet ned er de harde sengene. Vet ikke om det er like harde senger overalt, men vi var ikke særlig heldige med våre. Så kunne det vært skiftet på senga for hver dag.

Rooms need some upgrades especially bathrooms.

hotel qui a de trés beaux exterieurs mais les chambres ne suivent pas. On a changé de chambre la 1° nuit (odeur de moisie, evier bouché, chasse qui fuit). Le pire, c'est les climatisations. Aucune maintenance, les filtres sont remplis de poussiere et l'interieur des splits est NOIR.Pour la santé, je pense que c'est terrible.

Great stay overall, fantastic breakfast, very close to the beach, the only bad point for me was that the shower wasn't always hot.

Helt greit. Rommet trenger en oppfriskning, det tok tid og flere påminnelser for å få håndklær. Også flere i følget slet litt med tanke på at det ikke gikk så fort å få hjelp til ting. Men samtidig er det sentralt i forhold til det meste. En har også alt en trenger, med bar, gatekjøkken, restaurant, nattklubb, kiosk/butikk og kort vei til strand for alle som setter pris på det. Karakter vill vært høyere om rommet hadde sett litt bedre ut, men andre i følget fikk rom som så mer nyshina- så det er ikke utenkelig at noe er på gang. Fornøyd med oppholdet som helhet.

Great hotel maids were always keeping this hotel clean

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, au cœur d’Agadir, avec un accès direct à la plage et à la Marina. La vue sur mer depuis la chambre est magnifique. En revanche, les chambres sont vieillissantes et mériteraient une rénovation pour offrir plus de confort. L’animation autour des piscines est agréable et contribue à une bonne ambiance.

Hotel a du potentiel cependant il lui faut de la renovation il est assez viellot, le diner et pdj copieux et varié mais pas assez de personnel et le systeme de buffets est a revoir car avec le monde on peut attendre facile 20 a 25 min pour avoir des frites ou une grillade cest tres long. Chambre communicante sont un plus pour une famille. Ainsi que lacces direct a la corniche et la mer

Great hotel on the beach

This is not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel and it has improved enormously. The rooms have had a make over and now have air conditioning and a fridge. Bedding is comfortable and the bathroom was fine. There are two different pool areas at either end of the holiday complex. Each with a different feel. The buffet breakfast and dinner were great with lots of choice. I would rate this hotel as in between the top end hotels and the budget hotels in the area. Definitely worth the money and recommended

Second visit for us with our son (5 yrs). Great hotel. Big rooms and everything is clean. Great breakfast. Nice pools, perfect when you have children and just cross the road to get to the beach. The hotel has complimentary beachtowels and sunbeds at the beach. A lot of activities for both children and adult. The snack bar near the pool could be better but the fast food place near the elevator is great. We will definitely come back again.

Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber, Personal freundlich, Abendessen lecker und abwechslungsreich, Frühstück gut. Keine Kinderanimation (Aufenthalt außerhalb der Ferien).

Very well located hotel with parking. The only downside was the lack of towels in the room, which we kept asking for since we were 3, but we only kept getting 2 towels. Nice pools and good variety of food at the buffet.

The hotel is covered with bird poo, and bed bugs. I have pictures and videos of this. The room service only replace towels, fix up the bed sheets and provide toilet tissue. The wifi is absolutely horrible. Food and pool were good though. It has a lot of stairs, so if you're not physically fit, it might be difficult to move within the hotel. The staff and security specially were lovely people (excluding cleaners). The beach is not private, it's definitely a public beach, some of the other hotels have a section to themselves but al moggar doesn't. There is no kitchen or utensils in your room. The Air conditioning is ok but it's in the corner of your room near the balcony door. So it doesn't cool down the rest of the room. It's more like a hostel inside than a hotel.

L'accueil le dimanche fin de journée était vraiment exécrable. Nous sommes tombés sur un homme vraiment désagréable alors que les autres personnes de l'accueil étaient vraiment agréables. En plus, on nous demande une taxe d'hébergement supérieure à celle indiquée sur le reçu de votre site donc pas super ! Enfin, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, les prestations ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur. Petit clin d'œil aux femmes de ménage et au personnel du self qui se démène pour vous faire vivre une bonne expérience. Vraiment décevant. Je ne recommande pas.
