레 암바싸되르 호텔은 공항에서 자동차로 10~15분 정도 걸리는 곳에 위치하고 있고, 시설은 깨끗했으며, 직원들 모두 친절하여 만족했습니다. 무엇보다 비행기 탑승 시간에 맞추어 이른 아침임에도 불구하고 아침식사를 준비해 주는 서비스에 매우 만족했습니다.

Very nice and professional hotel. It is not the most recent, so some modern amenities may not be entirely up to pair but it has charm, and very helpful and friendly staff. Nice café and restaurant. Well located in a busy area with lots of shopping and dining options, until past midnight if you feel hungry. Great conference room, swimming pool, elevators, fridge in the room. Not far from the train station, easy to get a taxi in a minute.

Sollte am Check in schneller gehen. Sehr sauber und alt Möbliert. Nettes Personal. Leckeres Frühstück.

Le service est déplorable Il ne trouvait pas la réservation soit disant Il voulait nous faire payer le PDJ alors qu’il comprit dans le prix ….

There is nothing we liked about this hotel. Please see the details for each: 1. Took 2 hours to check-in for three families and even after 2 hours they could not clean the room so shifted in different room temporarily and when we came back to this room after one hour, we could not find our speaker 2. When we asked about the speaker, the staff was saying, they don't know about that and no one has given. So basically they were saying it is lost. After waiting at reception for 20 mins, they finally told it is with House Keeping. It is so surprising the don't have any process to find out the thing found in the room. Also, the attitude of the staff was appalling 3. Fire Alarm: On the midnight of the new year, there was fire alarm and we all three families were so scared and ran towards the reception from the 5th floor with small kids who were sleeping. When we asked at the reception, what is wrong, they told one guest was smoking in one of the room. The staff was telling so happy about this that they don't bother what happened. When we asked what will you do with that guy, they told nothing we want to do as he is our guest. Now tell me who will go back to this hotel again with all these experiences?? 4. The bathroom is built the worst way and the water is logged after taking bath and even after placing the card to clean the room, they dont bother cleaning your room and then they tell they don't have enough staff to clean the rooms!! This is the worst experience so please avoid!!

Mye som ikke stemmer med dette hotellet. Dårlig renhold. Beskrivelse av fasiliteter, feks innendørs svømmebasseng eller barnebasseng eksisterer ikke. Håndklær etc er veldig hullete og fillete, badet oversvømmes fullstendig ved den minste dusj, etc etc Frokosten er Ok, men kaffen smaker ikke kaffe: den bør faktisk heller kjøpes i hotellets separate cafe. Hår og søppel fra forrige gjest på gulvet. Gardinene henger og slenger...

C’est un hôtel vétuste, Je suis allergique à la poussière et je n’ai pas pu fermé les yeux toute la nuit , ça grattez de par tout

Personnel au top, très bon petit-déjeuner par contre toute petite piscine et parking sous terrain extrêmement mal fait, pas pratique du tout, des piliers tous les mètres ce qui rend les manœuvres compliquées

Les agents de propreté étaient souriants et ne manquaient pas de déposer du savon ou du shampooing quand le précédent était sur la fin

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, lovely food and the house is exquisite!

Friendly and helpful reception staff, perfect English, and a good sense of humour, what more can you want. Glass of tea while waiting to check in also a lovely touch and the gentleman who took me to my room was very thorough and courteous. The suite was clean and very well presented, good quality bed linen, modern bathroom. Breakfast buffet was expansive and very tasty. The location is a manageable walk to Gueliz, almost opposite a supermarket and only a few minutes from stop 1 of the Hop on off Bus (which i would also recommend by the way!). I woukd definitely stay here again, it is good value for money

Rien aimé. Trop vieillot, requiert sérieuse redécoration et un petit déjeuner plus à la hauteur de ses "étoiles"...

Ok hotel. Very very noisy and beds hard as rock. No locks on the balcony doors. Scary

Hotel situé en centre ville, mais pas très proche de la place jemaa el fnaa ou sont situées les principales attractions de Marrakech. RAS sur l'hotel, petit dejeuner copieux, chambres propres, personnel de la reception quelquefois un peu absent lors de nos demandes.

Tres bon accueil personnels très agréables et disponible à toute heures. Chambre impeccable. Hotel très propre. Nous gardons un très souvenir de cet hotel malgrés une piscine limitée.
