Staff were friendly and very helpful! Property was beautiful and the room was exactly what was advertised online. Stayed for one night so I can’t speak to the spa treatments but I’m sure they’re great too :)

Great property and hotel.
Great swimming although it was a bit cold.
Friendly staff with lots of amenities.
Generally clean but could do with some updating.
Comfy bed and great outdoor areas.
I really appreciated all the plants in the outdoor areas, as well as how comfortable the place is.

The staff were very accommodating. The receptionists were courteous and friendly. The hotel is close enough to the airport and the centre but in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. I walked to the Carrefour and back, along the tree-lined avenue which is relatively quiet and car-free. The spa and hammam is a definite plus, I did the Toubkal trek after my stay and returned to have my treatment and chill by the poolside before my flight back.

Brand new property. Away from bustle and craziness of the Medina. Only seven minute cab ride to historic sites. Has the feel of a Spanish villa; all rooms arranged around a stunning pool area. A few hiccups with their systems, but all staff friendly and welcoming. Happy to return.

Beautiful layout in a brand new property. Like a luxury Spanish villa with a pool in the center. Definitely not a cookie cutter hotel. A true boutique experience, including attentive staff.

It was nice as a resort property on its own, but not convenient to travel downtown - and also even food options you had to cross a busy intersection to get to them.
Staff were nice enough overall. And it was busy hotel.
Great pool, and spa services. Breakfast was nice buffet daily.
I had an issue with my door, they came and fixed it but didn't necessarily feel like it fully fixed the issue.

Service was friendly throughout. Checking was a challenge. Hotels.com said we could check in at 2 pm. Hotel insisted it was 3 pm, despite the confirmation. But we got to use the pool while we waited. Pool was decent but went into the shadows very quickly given the location.
Spa was also okay. Hammam was good. Massage was weak.
Room service menu was limited and the food was really really poor. If we didn't have to get the kids to bed, we would have returned the steaks to be remade.

Customer service was awesome. The bartenders their service for breakfast very accessible. If there was one thing I could change the shower head in the bathroom other than that absolutely amazing.

Grande chambre bien faite. Mais les lampes de chevet sont mal orientées ou trop faibles, on ne peut pas lire. On achète une chambre climatisée, mais le climatisation ne peut pas être réglée par l'utilisateur! Anormal. Le parking n'est pas gardé. Bon restaurant. Bon service.

À notre arrivés, on était surpris que la personne de la réception ne connaissait pas les détails des services de l'établissement,
À notre départ une second après notre sortie de la chambre la réceptionniste nous dit vous avez ouvert une bouteille d’eau de 30 cl de mini bar, et vous l’avez pas consommer et vous devez payer 25 DHs. Et elle demande à la femme de ménage de ramener la bouteille, N’importe quoi… je ne savais même pas qu’il y a un mini bar dans la chambre.
