We had a fantastic experience staying here. The absolute highlight of my stay was the amazing breakfast. There was an incredible variety of delicious options, and everything tasted fresh and high-quality. Beyond the food, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend staying here, if only for the breakfast alone! I will definitely be back.

Séjour incroyable à Marrakech 🌴
L’hôtel est idéalement placé, l’accueil a été incroyable et le service vraiment exceptionnel du début à la fin. Tout le personnel a été d’une gentillesse rare, toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider. Ils nous ont vraiment fait passer un séjour magnifique.
Un immense merci également pour l’aide apportée dans l’organisation de ma demande en mariage. Toute l’équipe s’est donnée à 1000% pour rendre ce moment magique, sans rien attendre en retour. C’est rare de tomber sur des personnes aussi investies et humaines.
L’hôtel est superbe : très belle piscine, chambres impeccables, bien rangées et agréables, tout fonctionne parfaitement, et l’ambiance générale est hyper reposante et chaleureuse.
Un énorme merci à Fuzia et Imadi pour leur accueil, leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance tout au long du séjour. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre cette expérience inoubliable.
Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et reviendrai avec grand plaisir 🙏

The property was nice and the entrance was welcoming. The staff were attentive and ensured the stay was a good as it should be. The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained.
Lovely hotel yet could be improved.

Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water.
However great location to both old and new town.

Terrible - I really think this hotel should be closed while their many construction jobs are going on. There’s a constant sound of banging and digging. The gym is one treadmill and one elliptical in a hotel bedroom. Next to the pool is a building site for the new spa and gym. They were building a new conference room outside my bedroom. On my last day they were construction in the only restaurant. It was so loud I had to leave the lobby to make a telephone call as I couldn’t be heard.
Also terrible customer relations.
One good thing, a super comfortable bed.
One photo shows the do not disturb sign. Even if was worthy of being thrown into the bin.
