르 를레 드 마라케시

Probably the worst resort/hotel in the whole wide Marrakech. Outside premises are all good no issue there, rooms are very dirty (everything from bedsheet to blanket to shower and poor lightings) no kettle no milk no tea no room facilities. Nobody here speaks English. Every evening & night when reception shift changes you struggle with the uncle who can’t even speak basic English. He can’t even speak numbers 1-2-3-4 anything when you mention something about TIME. They don’t have extra towels, your old ones go for cleaning and you get new by evening. If you’re not home that day you can’t get new towels because you missed giving back your used ones. In their restaurant too nobody speaks basic English simply horrible experience what planet we’re living in? Stonehenge era?

The accomodation is itself amazing, kept super clean all the times, it has all the amenities required and also has a mini shop at site. They also provide taxi services to city centres both ways and also airport shuttle at minimal prices. they also have a restaurant facing the amazing swimming pool. oh my god what food they serve, the taste of the food is so amazing as compared to outside restaurants, etc. there is also a cactus garden nearby and it needs reservation so we were unable to go. but there is also a beautiful waterpark with amazing slides just 5 minutes from the accomodation. the staff is always friendly , helpful and wecoming. I love it and i would recommend it to everyone arriving in morocco.

Staff and rooms are clean

Everything was good … however Cash only so you need to come prepared with cash. Property was accommodating though and was able to do a Bank transfer Thank you

Excellent accueil très efficace. La chambre correspond parfaitement à la réservation. Parking de la voiture près de la chambre.

I dont used the pool

Tout était parfait rien à dire hormis le fait que j'y retournerai sûrement.

If I could rate this hotel negative stars, I would. Starting with neutral and positive points: - Some of the staff were absolutely lovely. It's a shame I don't speak French or Arabic as most of them don't speak English, but we managed to make it work. - The 'hotel' is located quite far out from the city which makes it expensive to get a taxi back when you've gone into the city. They do offer a taxi service which can take you into the city for 100 MAD per ride which is convenient but definitely adds up quickly. Can't speak on their services taking you back to the 'hotel'. On to the negatives: - As stated previously, the majority of the staff and guests didn't speak English. Of course, Morocco is a French-speaking country but, if we had known the 'hotel' was primarly geared towards French speakers, we likely would have chosen a different place as it made communication extremely difficult. Avoid this place at all costs :)!

Hébergement très Waze moyen, accès très difficile

Modest, clean, super friendly and courteous staff. Campground a little bit away from city center, but worthwhile peace and quiet, family friendly, pet friendly, campground local cats well taken care off, thank you.

This is an ideal property for kids, but the conveyance to the main city everyday will cost around £20 one way. We didn’t get a tissue refill for our 3 days stay and since we were out the whole day, we couldn’t ask at the reception too. I felt the food options in the restaurant is limited too.

Estuve en una tienda con baño, podiamos hacer uso de la piscina y las areas comunes, la comida del restaurante era buena.

Un peu loin du centre ville. Mais tout est parfait! Les gens sont gentils, ma chambre était parfaite, la nourriture délicieuse! Merci je vais sûrement y retourner

L’hébergement est plutôt reposant et très recommandable aux proches, collègues de services, amis et connaissances.

Hele goede ervaring. Kids wilde er niet weg Ze vonden het er heel leuk . Eten is heel lekker en opzich niet duur . Ook de kids menu zijn goed .

Ambiance camping.... ce qui n'était pas recherché. Les tentes étaient en dur et la pièce dans un état très médiocre: fuite, installations mal fixées. Resto pas très inspiré

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Relay de Marrakech. L'accueil est fabuleux, le personnel est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Les repas sont délicieux et le camping a une magnifique piscine et dispose des services de qualités. Les enfants ont pu jouer à l'air de jeux. Nous y retrouvons sans hésiter et conseillons à tous les voyageurs d'y aller.

Il servizio scarso, privo di attenzioni e soprattutto un cibo di pessima qualità. I dintorni sono molto squallidi, ma il tutto sarebbe accettabile se la signora all'ingresso avesse un minimo di empatia. Cosa di cui invece manca clamorosamente.

Séjour sympathique et cadre parfait. Très bon accueil, La tente est grande et équipée d'un radiateur et ventilateur en fonction de la température extérieure. Le restaurant propose plusieurs plats (européens et locaux).
