전체적으로 만족함. 바로 옆에 쇼핑몰이 붙어 있어서 식사 해결에 큰 도움. 메디나나 기타 다른 곳과는 상당히 먼 위치이고 택시 잡기가 힘듬. 그 외에는 무난함.

Very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, pool, grounds surrounding pool, well kept.

I was placed in a room with a nonfunctional hvac system, then after showering and getting into bed, called the front desk and learned that they had made a mistake and that I needed to dress and repack my suitcase to be moved at 10:45 pm. After a meal of salad and shrimp in the hotel restaurant, I became violently ill with severe food poisoning. The manager came to my room and they were were about to take me to an area hospital. Once I recovered, I asked to speak with the manager in the lobby and was told that he was unavailable and that he would call me. He never did.

When you think of a 5-star hotel, you expect quality and good service, but this stay was a huge disappointment. It started well when the male receptionist offered us an upgrade to a larger room, but it only had one “king-size” bed instead of the two doubles we booked. The bed was more like a queen, and we barely slept the first night. He promised to fix it the next day but never did. The second night we had to use the sofa as a bed, and my travel companion slept terribly. We only got a new room on the third night of our four-night stay. The same receptionist was rude and unhelpful throughout. The hotel is old and worn, especially the bathroom. The bathtub plug didn’t work, the drain was clogged, and water filled up while showering. The hairdryer and safe didn’t work in both rooms. Every night our key cards stopped working, forcing us to go down to the rude night receptionist who acted annoyed to help. He even lied about arranging a new room. The hotel felt empty and soulless, and the food was mediocre and overpriced. Breakfast was the biggest letdown – I can make a better omelet at home. Overall, nothing about this place felt close to 5 stars. Poor service, broken facilities, bad food, and zero hospitality. Not worth the money – feels more like a 1-star hotel.

Nous avons eu la chance de tomber en période creuse, le personnel il était disponible, nous avons eu une chambre visiblement rénovée L'environnement est effectivement très bruyant, mais ce n'est pas le seul hôtel de ce standing à être au bord d'une route. Cette manie des Marocains de klaxonner pour tout et pour rien n'aide pas Deux restaurants, un l'international que nous n'avons pas testé et un restaurant marocain à recommander. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Not so good. Pool closed. Confused restaurant staff. Spa dark and pungent. Most frustrating was the concierge desk. We asked them to book a taxi to the station- we were quoted 300 MHD pay in advance. We protested and eventually got the desk to call a cab from the street. Actual cost 20MHD (yes twenty)

Lieu sublime, digne d'un 5 etoiles, entree majestueuse et chambres spacieuses. Je nai malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester le spa mais la piscine ajoute un beau cachet a l'extérieur... Le service de restauration etait tres qualitatif . Par contre il ny a pas de coiffeur contrairement a ce qui est noté sur la description de lhotel... tres dommage..

All I can say it’s was great

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The check in said that it was at 12:00 p.m. and we arrived at 1:30p.m. and for our surprise they told us that the room wasn’t ready and they had us waiting at the lobby…. Our room had no towels, we had to ask for them. Only two towels were handed. No hand towels, floor pads or anything. The bathtub is too high you can easily fall from it. The pool is nice from the room, it’s no heated. If you want to use the heated pool they charge you extra for that. Then we asked for pizza and drinks and didn’t have half of the menu. The only decent thing was the spa which the lady was very nice.

I was perfect. Nothing to declare.

J’ai réservé pour une nuit de noce cadeau pour mon beau-frère j’ai appelé l’hôtel pour confirmer que tout va bien il m’a confirmé que tout est en place mais en arrivant on as pas trouvé la chambre sous prétexte que on est les 3 eme qu’on arrive pour une nuit de noce ….. alors il a dit oh on va vous donner une suite on as dit ok pas de problème la porte de la suite est abîmée chaque fois que la porte est fermée ils. Doivent appeler la réception pour venir ouvrir plus il y’avait aucune serviette aucun accessoires dans la douche pas de bouteille d’eau même pas les mariés était obligé d’appeler plusieurs fois pour que quelqu’un leur apporte des serviettes sincèrement c’était catastrophique j’ai pas plus de linge pour tout raconter

hotel pas propre punaise de lit, produits d'hygiène périmés lavabos bouchés dans deux chambres odeurs pas très agréablble piscine sale avec on dirait qu'on nage dans une couche de graisse. je suis vraiment déçue de cette expérience et de l'hôtel j'ai du changer. d'hôtel après deux jours de souffrance.

Le personnel était très accueillant et gentil. La piscine est super ! Par contre, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et le coût du room service très cher pour le standing de l’hôtel.

Staff is professional and very attentive to serve, although the Hotel amenities and rooms need a fresh up. No iron, no small towels in the room, beside that hotel is quiet and pleasant to stay. Special thanks to the tea-man at the lobby, his smile and the taste of the tea made our day :)
