숙소 위치도 좋고 직원들이 정말정말정말 친절합니다 ㅠㅠ 팁을 못 드리고 나온 게 한일 정도에요... 숙소도 아늑하니 좋았습니다 아침 조식 최고에요 조식 준비해주신 분께서 만들어주신 오믈렛이 정말 맛있었습니다 단점을 굳이 꼽으라면 숙소가 조용하고 아담해 다른 방에서 나는 물소리가 들린다는 점...? 리아드식인 숙소라면 어느정도 감안해야 할 부분이 아닌가도 싶습니다 먼 나라 여행하는데 이렇게 따뜻하게 맞아준 것만으로도 충분히 좋은 경험이었습니다

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely Riad close to the Jemaa el-Fna. The staff was excellent and helped us with transportation, suggestions, and made us really feel at home. The Riad is centrally located and close to all of the action. Very clean! Highly recommended!

Fantastic we enjoy our stay at the Riad. Please prebook the taxi from hotel as if its ur first time the Riad is located at a very small side road which is not accessible by car. Since we book taxi from Riad, so it does make it so much easier.

Very quiet and beautiful riad. You feel at home from the minute you arrive. The crew is very nice and always available for the guests. The owners are on site every day and very helpful. The location of the riad is extremely good. You can reach all shopping facilities within 5 minutes on foot. We will definitely book Riad 11 Zitoune again on our next visit to Marrakech.

We stayed for 7 days at Riad 11 Zitoune and really enjoyed it. We stayed in the Green Tea Studio which has a private staircase and little balcony overlooking the courtyard. Great location close to the medina, souks and Jamma Elfna square, easy 15 min walk to El Badii Palace, the Saadien Tombs and Bahia Palace. The staff are wonderful and so helpful, you will not regret a stay here! Breakfast was great each morning as well. The riad is small and cozy, not as flashy as some of the big riads but that's what makes it so enjoyable. A real treat in the heart of the medina!

Thank you to everyone at Riad 11 Zitoune for making mine and my partner's trip an absolutely unforgettable experience. We will be back again soon!

It was the most comfortable room we've stayed in our entire trip. On top of that the staff is incredible!! They helped us figure out transport to and from Ourika Valley and the rest of our time in Marrakech even though they were fully booked and we had to change Riads. They even held our larger luggage safely on our overnight trip to the valley and asisted getting it to our new Riad so we wouldn't have to walk all the way back. Breakfast was also delicious.

The Riad was excellent unique and homely. The staff were incredible and the room superb.

Liebes Riad Zitounie-Team, liebe Alexandra und Ahmed, unsere Entscheidung Euer Riad für unseren 5-tägigen Aufenthalt in Marrakesch zu buchen, hat sich durch Eure sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Art nur bestätigt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal und sollte man einen Weg nicht kennen, wird einem durch Euch jederzeit geholfen. Im Riad fanden wir immer die nötige Ruhe und Entspannung uns vom arabischen Trubel zu erholen. Die sanfte Hintergrundmusik im Riad trug zusätzlich dazu bei. Das ganze Team ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Riad sehr sauber, sodass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten und unseren Marrakesch Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben wird. Zum Abschied hatten wir einen sehr unterhaltsamen Silvesterabend, aufgrund Eure Empfehlung und Unterstützung. Riad 11 Zitoune was wonderful. The staff made us feel right at home and where happy to answer all our questions.

It was the perfect spot, close to everything, service was superb, best way to experience Marrakech hospitality ❤️❤️

Best Riad in Marrakech; central, clean, charming and the best staff.

We stayed at this Riad for one night (wish I stayed longer) on the 23rd Sept, the moment you walk in this place it feels like you walked into a spa with the nice scent in the riad. Ahmed welcomed us with some great Moroccan tea and some Moroccan cookies. He was very helpful in explaining how to get around the city and the places to visit. We stayed in the green room with a balcony and it was absolutely beautiful, clean spacious room with a well maintained wash room. It is located very close to Jama el fnaa, a 5 min walk. The next morning we had to leave early for the dessert tour and they prepared breakfast for us early morning around 7 am, I feel really bad that I couldn't enjoy it since I woke up a bit late and would've been late for the pickup so had to rush out. Please convey my thanks to who prepared the breakfast apologies for forgetting the name. I highly recommend this Riad and would stay here again if I ever come back to Marrakesh

De accommodatie was prachtig en zeer centraal gelegen. Helaas was de badkamer van de Lavendel kamer klein, wat onhandig was met douchen (water kwam naast de douche)

Fabulous stay at this wonderful riad where it really feels like home away from home. Lovely decorated rooms and great rooftop terrace. Perfect location in the old city, in walking distance to all sites of interest. I will be back!

An amazing stay, all the team is completely devoted to your confort, they are more than happy to provide you with good advises and recommendations vor visits, restaurants, must see places... the breakfast is delicious, entirely home made. The rooms are really confy, all of them with a private terrasse. The rooftop offers a romantic view to enjoy a good mint tea or a glass of wine , overlooking the medina. Located at 2 min walking from the jema el fnaa center place, it is a perfect stop to go out exploring the medina.
