리아드 브라야

우선 riad를 들어서는 순간 '와 여기는 진짜 고급스럽다'는 생각이 듣고, 체크인 하면서 대접받는 민트티와 쿠키에 확신이 듭니다. riad 내에서 식사도 하고 싶었으나 하루 전에 요청해야 가능해서 아쉬웠습니다. riad 공용 공간이 예뻐서 사진을 많이 찍었더니 직원 분이 사진이 잘 나오는 장소들을 추천해주고 심지어 포즈도 추천해주었습니다(과거 riad 홍보 사진을 찍은 사진작가로 부터 배웠다고 했습니다ㅎㅎ) 커피포트를 빌릴 순 없었지만 따뜻한 물을 예쁜 주전자에 받을 수 있었습니다. 룸 업그레이드를 받아서 더 넓은 방에 머무를 수 있었고 말할 필요도 없이 깨끗했습니다. 숙소에서 나와서 조금만 걸어가면 택시 정류장이 있어서 ctm정류장 까지 미터기 켜고 저렴하게 갈 수 있었습니다. 추천합니다!

The staff is great.

Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. The Riad is beautiful with luxurious towels, slippers and bathrobes.

Very nice & cooperative staff, the only problem is shower place was very very tiny, u have to bend & take shower in regular 2 twin bed bedroom.

From our arrival to departure, the staff at Riad Braya provided outstanding service. We were able to check in early and welcomed with rose scented hand towels, mint tea and an assortment of delicious biscuits. Our room was large and very comfortable with lots of drawers and hanging space. Breakfast was filling with a range of options and good coffee. The rooftop terrace provided a panoramic view of Fes as well as comfortable loungers. Some reviews have complained about the smell from the bathroom- yes there are smells but the modern doors between the bedroom and bathroom prevent it spreading plus it is not strong or constant and as the manager has commented, is to be expected in an ancient building. We particularly appreciated having one staff member help with our luggage and taxi when we were leaving. A huge thank you to Tariq who helped us with a tour operator, Ayoub and Mohammed for your outstanding hospitality.

Riad Braya was set in the Medina, so be prepared to walk to the property as cars are not allowed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property itself was nice enough, but there was one area where I thought there was room for improvement. As is common with riads, there were not windows to bring in outside light. It would have been nice if the room had softer lights as opposed to the somewhat florescent feeling bulbs. Also, the nightstand lights were very dim, making it impossible to lie in bed and read. Fortunately our room had it's own private big stretch of balcony, so we could sit there, which was lovely.

Struttura stupenda con un ottimo ristorante e la possibilità di ordinare la colazione la sera prima e decidere se farla in camera, nel patio vicino alla piscina o nella splendida terrazza. Personale gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare qualunque richiesta. Un soggiorno a 5 stelle. Grazie!

Riad Braya is a beautifully appointed riad. The staff were fantastic and so accomodating. Great views from the roof top terrace and a good breakfast. Mint tea on arrival was the best I had in Morocco. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Riad Braya. The riad was not very crowded while we were there, so the service was good and the staff was always available. The main downside is that room cleaning was random from one day to another, e.g. some days we had body lotion, but the other we did not. It was a nice oasis from the craziness of the Medina and all the scammers who try to tell you that "the roads are closed".

The most wonderful service, and a beautiful riad, ideally located. We would have loved to stay a few days longer, we felt so comfortable there. I highly recommend this riad because it has not only the charm in its building, rooms and decor, but all the small details of Moroccan hospitality and care is in abundance. Shukran 🙏💙
