Staff very helpful and good toiletries

Staff was excellent Jossef was there for us the whole stay. Going out of his way to make our experience was a grand one. Majorly helped us with parking. They washed our clothing. Cleaned our room daily. Served a nice breakfast. The owner was helpful suggesting places to visit while in Morocco and always had a smile on his face.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Wonderful staff, felt at home. Amazing breakfast and clean rooms.

Clean room, lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food (we booked dinner there for our first night and the breakfasts were very filling). Alain the owner helped us with our choices of what to see and do. Good, quiet location.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre , la décoration de l’ensemble du Riad et, plus que tout, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la serviabilité du personnel ( Alain et Youcef notamment ) . L’emplacement du Riad , dans la médina , est parfaite : à deux pas des souks et des endroits emblématiques de Marrakech à visiter . C’est un Riad que je recommande vivement

Lovely boutique hotel, dinner & breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to most places. Nice roof top terrace and plenty space for relaxing.

Wonderful stay at an authentic Morrocan riad. Staff were superb, attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, best I've experienced post covid. Beautiful rooftop area with views of Atlas mountains. We used the airport transport which Riad Eloise organised for us and it was well worth it, especially when arriving late at night.

Loved this place. The staff is beyond helpful. They show you how to navigate the city and the service was just incredible. Can’t recommend enough.

The street down to the Riad seemed a little dirty but once you got into the Riad, it was a beautiful place in the Medina. Was greeted by abdel who did a Wonderful job settling us in. The breakfast was amazing with fresh breads, dips and freshly squeezed juices daily. All the staff including the cleaning teams and chefs work very hard and are very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

First impression of the location when arriving at night was a little apprehensive, however we had no need to be . The staff are fabulous, extremely welcoming and helpful. The approach to the riad is down a small alley way. Once we had explored marrakech by day Ight we realised most were like this as they are essentially boutique hotels in area where local families live, children play and the local smile and say hello. Room - we booked the standard double l it was exactly as per the photos . Small but that was fine. Beautiful bedding and a lovely bathroom. Complete with air con which was essential . Breakfast - slightly different each morning, however a typical Moroccan breakfast of different types of breads, pancakes, honey, jam, peanut butter, fresh fruit and yoghurt, accompanied by fresh orange juice and coffee. Pool - this is essential for cooling off, Not big enough for a swim but lovely for a dip . Surrounded by lovely seating and cushions. Pool towels provided. Roof terrace - a gorgeous area, full of wonderful plants, flowers , 2 areas with sun lounges and bannocks and then a separate area with lovely sofa seating and hanging chairs . The staff really made our stay and I would definitely recommend . The are is nice and quiet too and only a couple of minute walk until you reach the start of the street full of locals shops, crafts, and food. We booked the taxi to and from the airport and the driver was excellent. We will be back
