Riad explore staff is really friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay . Is hard finding a space for a family of 5 (upstairs bedroom just recommended for children not adults since ceiling is really low ) but the room was perfect for our family and to scape the heat . Breakfast was great they make delicious cappuccino’s and omelette.

The Riad Explore is located right in the heart of the Medina in Marrakech. You are a 5 minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, but you won't hear the noise from it. The rooms are impeccably cleaned daily and each room has all the amenities you would need. From the website, the room was EXACTLY as described and also matched the photo from their site. The riad is very quiet (except from the guests themselves) and clean. It is very secure with cameras monitoring the front of the riad, the reception area and the public area, You are provided with a key to your room, but to enter the riad itself requires the front door being opened from riad staff. Since it is staffed 24/7 that is no problem. The A/C worked great but the TV service was wanting. But who cares about watching TV you have the Medina to watch! Each morning, a free breakfast is served on the roof top from 8-10. They have a variety of breads and rolls, a couple juices and milk, various jams, meats and condiments, fruit and cereal. In addition, they could eggs to your preference and provide warm pancakes and bread. I cannot thank the staff enough for my 10 day stay there. Ayaub and Lahgen went out of their way to ensure I had the best stay. From finding a place to buy bottled water at 2 AM to calling tour agencies to ensure my pick-up location, they were always happy to help and never asked to be compensated (but I did - numerous times). My next trip to Morocco, I will not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing hospitality at Road Explore. Ayoub went out of his way preparing breakfast as well as preparing and bagging them for our early morning departure out of Marrakech.

We only stayed here for a night. We had the quadruple room. However the space felt very small and we were bumping into one another. Overall value for the money we spent was really good. However I feel there are other riads with bigger spaces that might be better options.

Le petit dej une calamité. Un service 2/20, manque de couvert de serviette de tout. Le minimum n’était pas fourni. Le serveur, non chaland, nul.on a attendu longtemps pour tout. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, passez! Seul point positif de l’hôtel son emplacement pas loin de jama El fna

Good to experience a typical Moroccan Riad.

Schönes Riad mit kleinem geschlossenen Innenhof und Dachterrasse zentral in der Media gelegen. Nur das Einzelzimmer war so klein dass man kaum einen großen Koffer ausklappen konnte.

Hamsa was very polite,the staff very attentive,the rooms are very clean,you feel safe and confortable,they are always with a smiling faces,you will feel like in home.i would return again.Thanks to the staff.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room for family of four great stuff clean Saif close to everything I would come back to this property and highly recommended.
