my experience at Riad Jo was amazing, beautiful decoration, nice rooftop, the rooms were super clean and were being cleaned every day, the staff even took the time to change out the sheets, organize the room and even fold our clothes, i was staying in the two person room and both the decoration, and space were great! the staff were super respectful and kind, they always greeted when you come in and are very friendly, the breakfast was very good and had different options every day, the mint tea, and freshly squeexed orange juice and moroccon breakfast and eggs, we ate breakfast every day and it was amazing. i wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday and the staff even took the time to get a cake and flowers and they did an amazing job, the location is also very easy to navigate in the streets and it has automatic locks with a code they give so it is safe and quiet. perfect for spending the night, having a good breakfast, and going out to explore.
The Riad Jo is a reasonable, beautiful, fresh, clean, and newly-decorated Moroccan guesthouse. Our bedroom on the second floor was clean, nicely-decorated and warm (for this time of year). Our bathroom was super modern. The staff (family-owned) were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast (included) was scrumptious and almost upon demand. The location of the Riad Jo was right in the middle of the town or village. Easily walkable to the huge open market square, restaurants, shopping, and to taxi’s, etc. I highly recommend the Riad Jo guesthouse to all who wish to travel to Marrakech to have a full Moroccan cultural experience. We loved our Moroccan vacation in Jan. 2026.
I had the most amazing stay at the Riad, I’ve travelled a lot around the world and they treated me like family from ensuring I get to the Riad at 4am safely to providing late breakfast to late checkout. Such warm and welcoming service, and location is prime right in the middle of it all and walking distance. The bed was very comfy and haven’t like slept like that in a long time. I will be for sure returning, looking forward to returning in the future.
