We had 3 nights stay at this riad. It was amazing!!!! I wanted to write review sooner but it was so hard to explain how kind they were. At first night, there are small accident that could be much bigger if it weren't for them. We lost our passport and cell phone. We were so panicked, at the same time, was surprised at their quick work. They were super kind, gentle and most well orgernized working group I ever met in Morocco. They speak english very well so I felt very comfortable cause before then, we got a little bit stressed about communication. And the riad itself, it was fabulous!!!!! Nice ornament, pool, a place covered with rubber tree caught my eye. And our room? I can not help falling in love with the room. The owner of this riad showed us the museum yet preparing, he has nice collection so I recommend to visit there if possible. Having breakfast in the rooftop was also good. Riad kniza makes me feel going back to Marrakech again.

서비스도 좋았고, 방도 컸고, 아침식사가 다른 곳에 비해서 약간 부실한 감이 없지 않아 있긴 했으나 전체적으로 굉장히 만족함. 다음 번에 또 마라케시에 방문하게 된다면 다시 숙박할 의사 있음

Bery kice stay

Everything was exquisite. Only thing is the Moroccan diet is bread heavy so if you are gluten intolerant - inform hotel ahead of time for arrangements. That’s just the general cuisine, as for the hotel, everything was superb. Breakfast in the roof is more than perfect and it ends at noon. A plus.

Beautiful, peaceful oasis in the middle of a very hectic Marrakech. Wonderful, helpful staff. An absolutely beautiful room. Delicious breakfast made us feel like royalty. A little bit daunting upon first arrival… you need to walk a block through the very active Medina, can be a little intimidating.

Riad Kniza was amazing! Friendly staff, exceptional service, yummy food, high quality establishment. We stayed one night but would have stayed much longer if our trip allowed. Loved the rose petals! Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing stay at Riad Kniza. A stunning place to stay with very attentive staff. The hotel was beyond gorgeous and very clean. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff were so warm wand welcoming. Very lovely aesthetic to the vibe of Riad and great location too

the area outside the riad is probably the dirtiest in medina but then the riad is the best in medina so it's a tough call. would love to see the butcher shops move out of the area. the actual medina with shops selling artifacts etc are so nice.

Riad Kniza was, hands down, one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Here are just a sampling of reasons why: the friendly and attentive staff, clean and cold pool for after a hot walk, coffee delivered to the room in minutes, lovely hammam massage, continental breakfast that I miss each morning now, tasty Casablanca beers, and comfortable lounging spaces in a beautiful garden area. Fantastiskt hotell. Bra läge mitt i medinan men lugnt och rofyllt. Superbra service. Hjälpte till med restaurangbokningar, strykning och fixade frukostpåse till supertidig hemresa. Bra wifi i rummet (men ej uppe på takterrassen). Rummet fixades flera gånger om dagen. Kan inte klaga på något!

Riad Kniza is a jewel in the Medina in Marrakesh. The architecture of the Riad is stunning, the accommodations are luxurious, and the service is exceptional. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Riad Kniza and the meals were delicious.

Amazing rooms, property and service

This riad is a little perfect gem, an oasis of peace amidst the mad hustle and bustle of the medina. Stunning interiors, attentive and friendly service, gorgeous, oversized room and bathroom, with the most comfortable bed and pillows! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and the best cookies we’ve ever had! A fruit platter was waiting for us in the room. A very nice breakfast was included in the price, served on the beautiful rooftop. The location was superb - with the main sites all within a 20 minute or less walk of the riad. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! It gets two thumbs up from me!

Brutal. Una vez llegamos con el taxi a la Bab Doukkala y nos adentramos en la medina, con el ajetreo de los puestos de comida en la calle, souvenirs, motos… entramos en el paraíso del Riad Kniza. Suelo viajar por trabajo en hotel de 5 estrellas y debo decir que ha sido el mejor alojamiento donde he estado en mi vida. Sin duda, volvería al mismo lugar.

Super nice riad in the grazy old town. The best service and very nice relaxing athmosphere. Must come back! And the owner is super cool…

A beautiful traditional location to stay. Immersed in the heart of Marrakesh with all the sights and shopping. Although being a tranquil oasis away from the hustle of the lively streets. You can swim in the pool or rest in the sun on the roof and not feel like you are a stones throw away from the busy heart of Marrakesh. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

My wife & I stayed in a beautiful Riad in the Medina called Riad Kniza. The rooms were ornate & spacious. It was close to all sites & amenities. The staff were accommodating & pleasant until the end. The Riad had a lovely courtyard full of green plants & trees and charming common areas with tables, chairs and sofas where you could relax or read a book. They even had a magnificent roof terrace furnished with plants and cozy cabanas. On our final morning we arranged a taxi to the Airport (RAK) as we had a 7am flight to Paris. Shortly before we left, a man (who I believed was either hotel staff or a taxi driver in contract with the hotel) brought us cappuccinos & Moroccan pastries. We believed it was so thoughtful. He took our room key & grabbed our suitcases. Once we were finished he returned to escort us out. As he was walking in front of us pulling our bags towards the awaiting taxi, that’s when my wife & I noticed the back of his graphic T-Shirt. It had big bold colorful letters in English that read “F*** You All”. My wife & I looked at each other shocked & puzzled. Was this intended as a deliberately offensive message towards tourists from the U.S., UK or Canada? Because it wasn’t in French or Arabic & it definitely wasn’t subtle. Sadly, it left a sour taste in our wonderful memory as we interpreted its meaning & implication as: we may need or want your money, but don’t come back again. I wonder if anyone else has had similar experiences at this Riad or others?
