Personnel très accueillant riad au charme authentique Chambre très propre avec un très bon emplacement

Ellos fueron muy amables desde el minuto uno. Hay un piano y uno de los señores que recibe lo toca maravillosamente . El lugar es bello. Solo si no puedes subir escaleras puede en la planta baja ya que es un Riad antiguo y muy bello que no tiene elevador y eso lo hace original. Muy recomendable

This is a small Riad in the middle of the Tetouan Medina. It's very nicely decorated and relatively clean. Staff are very nice. It's hard to find at first but once you get to know the area it's not that bad.

Tout était très bien. Le service super. Magnifique terasse. Chambre charmante.

Ha sido todo perfecto. Si vuelvo a Tetuan volveré a hospedarme sin dudarlo.

Ubicación excelente. La decoración es maravillosa. El trato recibido muy bueno, muy amables. El desayuno muy rico, muy tradicional con productos locales. La habitación bonita aunque algunos detalles mejorables. En general muy recomendable.

My partner is Moroccan and I am Mexican-American, we are not married. We just spent 35 days in Morocco and traveled to 9 different cities. We are aware that unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in the same room at some hotels/riads, so we made sure to always book at places we called beforehand to check with. We called this place and they said no. We were going to find a new place to stay but THEY CALLED US back and said we were welcome. We arrived at check in time, and we were not allowed to stay in the same room. The same person my partner spoke with was there, she claimed he misunderstood when she said we were welcome. He is Moroccan, he speaks the language and there is no way he misunderstood. She wanted us to book a second room. This would’ve been fine if we chose this place under the impression that we needed two rooms and we were okay with that. This was not the case. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that she could not give me a refund because I booked through Expedia.com but that I could go ahead and get it from them. Once I called Expedia, she DENIED the refund! Claiming it is in their policy that they can deny service to unmarried couples. We know this law, this is why we called! These people were terrible! Tricking us into booking with them so that they could later make us get a second room or simply keep our money without providing the service. We had to walk for 6 hrs, with our luggage, to find a new place for us to stay! Just Terrible!

Riad plein de charme au coeur de la médina de Tétouan. Accès simple depuis le palais royal et accueil chaleureux de la part de Afaf qui nous explique tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur les visites et itinéraires à suivre. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup d'authenticité et le riad est très calme. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Ce Riad marocain est de toute beauté. Avons passé une semaine dans la belle et grande chambre du rez de chaussée (31/08 au 06/09/22) Le personnel (Oussama, Aziz et les autres) est remarquable de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Petit déjeuner copieux et parfait. La terrasse est remarquable même si les marches pour y accéder sont pour les sportifs. Bref aucun point négatif Merci à Oussama et son équipe. Reviendrons avec un immense plaisir

Beautiful riad in the medina! The service was excellent, from checking in, to being warmly greeted every time you stepped back into the space. And the patience with my accent and language barrier and my very poor Spanish! The cleaning staff did an excellent job, always working hard. The room was lovely, comfortable. I slept really well here, comfortable bed and i loved the pillows. Heard ppl saying they were too thick, it was perfect for me and my old neck injury. The air con worked really well and i had a nice shower, could go hot if you like that. A small safe is provided. And there was a kettle! Being British we love this, we like our tea or coffee when we wake! The ambience is relaxing and an oasis after hitting the city and medina! Be sure to check out the views from the terrace.

La experiencia en el Riad ha sido excelente, tanto la pareja propietaria como todos sus empleados han sido súper atentos y encantadores. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Nos han dado todo tipo de indicaciones para ponértelo todo fácil. El Riad es precioso, la ubicación perfecta y el desayuno maravilloso. Repetiría sin dudarlo si vuelvo por Tetuán.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Hard to park near riads in the Medina but they came out to help with luggage from car. Beautiful place and priced well

Beau riad mais accueil simple juste une bouteille d'eau. Belle chambre avec de l'espace belle salle de bain. La terrasse doone sur la medina la vue est magnifique. Manque le thé de bienvenue. La rue est bruyante.
