Valeria and Giorgina really went over the top making us feel welcome and helping us in our first trip to Marrakesh. The place was inviting and centrally located in the Medina. We were helped take full advantage of the shopping, sightseeing and dinner choices. The Riad also has an excellent Hamman bath & massage facility.

I cannot recommend this Riad enough. The staff are amazing and really give a personalised experience from the moment you enter the door. Great location in the heart of Medina and to access the markets. Staff are so welcoming and really make you feel it’s your home.

Wonderful Riad. Lovely and caring staff, beautiful decor. Dinner was also fantastic. A brilliant place to stay in Marrakech.

Staff and owners made it feel as if we were staying at a friend's home. Property, as many have said, very much a beautiful respite in the hectic city.

This riad is an establishment of rare comfort. No TV, locks, code, card, just Wi-Fi. It is flawless, decor in style, in the smallest details. The magnificent rooms, the various corners allowing you to rest, to quench your thirst thanks to the excellent lemonades, the roof terrace and its small swimming pool. Haven of calm and peace in the heart of the medina 5 minutes walk from the Jemaa-el Fna square. Varied and complete breakfast, very good menus in the riad, served on the charming terrace, also good restaurants nearby. A special note to the staff of this riad, cordial, available, delicate and endearing. Transfer of luggage by cart, easy access. They take care of everything for us. The gluten-free are very well treated, every day an attention.

One of the best places I have stayed in. A beautiful riad and the staff / service compares to nothing else! Can’t wait to go back.

This is a beautiful, well run facility in a perfect Marrakesh location,. The service team is fantastic, wonderfully friendly and attentive to every wish. This includes some of the best food in the city Frankly, staying at the Riad is a vacation in itself.

The scent of orange blossom as we entered the Riad set the scene for a most wonderful stay. The proprietor Massimo met us from the taxi drop off and guided us through the maze of the Medina to the peaceful oasis of Clos des Arts. The Riad is indeed beautiful. The room was sumptuous and comfortable and the bathroom delightfully Moroccan in style. The rooftop courtyard was a real bonus. A relaxing sun trap with a small plunge pool. The evening menu is changed daily The food is delicious and imaginatively cooked. You must eat here at least once. What resonated with us the most was the hospitality from all of the team. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like house guests staying with friends. Especially we would like to thank Valeria for her warmth, knowledge and genuine kindness and for making our stay so special. We were also very impressed with Issam's professionalism in dealing promptly with any queries or requests. This a superb place to stay and we will be back !

This place is amazing. The owners are so nice and helpful. It’s in a great spot that you can walk to everything and the rooms are perfect. The rooftop for breakfast and sunbathing and pool are a welcome retreat. Will be back for sure.

We had a great time at Riad Clos des Arts! This riad is even nicer than in the photos and is perfectly located within easy walking distance of all the main sites in Marrakech - down a quiet (but safe!) street just off one of the main shopping roads. The breakfasts were delicious, rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the in-house hammam was great too. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and helped us organize transfers and excursions for both within the city and beyond. If you're not sure where to stay in Marrakech don't hesitate - this is the one!

Best spot in Marrakesh, for sure. My hosts were very welcoming and took care of my every need. This place was my awesome little sanctuary when the hustle and bustle of the city was getting too much. I loved my experience here. It made my trip to Marrakesh!

If I could give this Riad, 10 stars I would! This is an extraordinary boutique hotel where the service was exemplary. Dinner at Clos des Arts was sublime and I had one of the best massages ever in their spa. Book this Riad as soon as you can! Every room is special.

Truly a lovely stay at a beautiful riad with an incredibly thoughtful team. The riad and our room were very clean and tastefully decorated - a glamorous Moroccan feel. But the team’s personal and considerate approach is what took our experience above and beyond. Once we arrived at the property, the owners gave us a quick rundown on all things Marrakech - they charted must see areas and “danger zones” on a fantastic custom map (which we relied on to navigate the windy Medina throughout our stay), gave us quick tips on cultural norms, and notified us about what to expect price wise from taxis / goods in the Medina / etc. This personal touch was felt throughout our stay and made our time in Marrakech a breeze. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Pasamos 3 noches en este Riad y lo cierto es que nos supieron a poco. El Riad tiene un diseño muy acogedor, con estancias que invitan al recogimiento y la tranqulidad. El trato que recibimos de los anfitriones, exquisito. Desde el primer momento se volcaron para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El desayuno y las cocina, exquisita. Sin duda volveremos, esta vez con nuestros hijos. Gracias por todo!

Amazing place with exceptional service provided by warm and friendly owners and staff. I'm usually a chain hotel guest and I cannot say enough good about this very special place. I felt completely taken care of during my visit, from verifying my tour excursions to special meal needs. The team made sure I knew how to navigate the medina and even walked me out to the main thoroughfare. The attention to detail is impressive and I felt like I was at home during my stay.

The perfect stay. Loved how quiet the Riad was, whilst being so close to the Medina. We loved the attention to detail and very helpful hints and tips of what to do and where to eat. No request was too much for the team who helped us navigate our stay perfectly! Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful

We booked 3 nights. Breakfast was amazing - homemade yogurt and pastries were so tasty! Each day we could also ask for homemade lemonade and Moroccan tea after a long day trip. Georgiana and Massimo are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with them ☺️
