金額に見合わない部屋。照明器具がないので、洗面所の電気を頼りにしないと何もできない。物を置くスペースもないから、椅子を借りた。独房のようなスペース。朝食が8時〜と言いつつ、5泊して時間通りにに出てきたことは一度もなかった。

Annoying and unkind stuff ever in Marrakech!! We were obviously in troubles with the guy who just showed up at the taxi drop and carried our luggage to this hotel which we never asked for They just watched us and actually on his side!! Pissed me off madly ...the room wasn’t ready, took time to set. Also we came back around 8pm and nobody opened the door we rang the bell tried to open or call somebody but NO one did it..not even the late time Super disappointed and worst experience in Marrakech 日本語でも書きますが、部屋自体は普通ですがスタッフの対応が悪すぎます。タクシーを降りて頼んでもない男が荷物を持って案内されましたが、こういったケースは後で請求されるとわかってましたが「ここで働いてるものだ」と強引に連れてかれ、案の定10ユーロ請求されました。マラケシュではあり得ない値段です。ホテルの前で言い合いになり明らかに困っている私達をただ見て向こう側について払えと言ってきました。午後にもかかわらず部屋も準備できてなく、かなり待たされました。夜8時ごろ帰ってきてドアをノックしても誰も反応せず15分ほどベルを鳴らしドアを叩きました。最終的に騒がしさに気づいた宿泊客が開けてくれました。遅くもない時間にドアを閉めて入らないなんて信じられないです。朝食もひどいし、帰りのタクシーもぼられました。他のホテルに2つ泊まりましたがこんなことはありません。どうか同じ経験が起きないようにとここに残します。

The staff was amazing and always ready to help and answer questions. They welcomed us with mint tea and provided us with extra amenities when we asked and even arranged a hammam and cab for us to go back to the airport. Truly incredible service.

Alojamento confortavel e bem localizado, pessoal simpatico. Apenas não gostei do facto de o quarto ser muito barulhento. Ouve-se tudo. Acordamos com pessoas as 8am a falar no pátio como se estivessem sozinhas e acordamos igualmente as 2am com pessoas a chegar ao alojamento. Fora o barulho correu tudo bem.

Just amazing. Such lovely owners and an truly great experience from start to finish. Step outside and you are in the middle of the main souk. Five minutes walk and you are in the main square. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very local and great coffee. I will be back and was sorry to leave

We really enjoyed our time at Riad Leila. The staff is wonderful and the rooms excellent. My only real complaint is the lack of AC in the common area, as it made sitting there in the afternoon (the hottest time when you don't want to be outside) a bit hard. The location is excellent for tourists and the staff really did bend over backwards to assist us any time we needed something.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la atención del personal, la relación calidad precio. Nuestra habitación era la suite y, aunque no tenía lujos ni cosas que esperas en una suite, tenía lo necesario para estar a gusto, sin pretensiones. Lo que no me gustó es que en la reserva indicaba que el pago era en el hotel, pero no nos dejaron pagar más que en metálico, aunque no se indicaba nada, con los inconvenientes que supone tener que ir a propósito a sacar dinero en la moneda local. Yo les hubiera hecho una transferencia instantánea, pero tampoco me dejaron. Si lo hubiera sabido me habría llevado el dinero preparado desde España. Deberían indicar buen visible, al reservar, que el pago es SOLO en metálico.

Pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo e posizione perfetta. 5 minuti a piedi per la piazza centrale ! Struttura molto bella e pulita. Colazione abbondante e ogni mattina diversa. Se dovessi tornare a Marrakech li tornerò sicuramente a trovare
