I booked a room with a city view but was given a room with no view and no sunlight, the room smelled of mold, the garbage from the previous guest was still there, there were no toiletries, and the sheets were dirty, the breakfast was alzo very disappointing and not worth mentioning. On top of that, the price was high for such poor quality, definitely not worth the money

Place did not match description or advertised pictures. A very small and tiny room. No basic toiletry available and no towels. Bed sheets were stained. Would not recommend or stay there again. But I would say 1 thing the service was great!

El personel muy amable.Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicacion y las vistas de la terraza. La habitación era muy amplia, colchon comodo, pero yo reserve una doble y me dieron cuadruple.Menos que me gusto era el baño y cuando llegamos no habia ni toallas, papel, jabon, champú, tuve que bajarlo para pedirlo todo. Por desgracia las toallas tienen rotas con agujeros. El precio muy elevado a las conciciones que ofrecen, ademas mi habitacion y baño no se parecian nada a que muestran en las fotos en la pagina, de verdad esperaba mucho mas.

Le séjour dans le riad était correct, ce qui n'a pas fonctionné c'est votre plateforme hotel.com. 1) La chambre ne correspondait pas à la demande (nous avons pris un très grand lit et nous nous sommes retrouvées avec un petit lit pour 2, nous avions réservé une navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, pas de navette car la demande n'a pas été transmise. Ca fait 2 expériences avec hotels.com et toutes les 2 mauvaises.

Zum ausschlafen im Urlaub ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet, 6:00 morgens betet der Muhrizien . Terrasse oben ist noch ausbaufähig. Personal war freundlich und nett Die Preise sind überzogen Deutscher Standard . Es war eine interessante Erfahrung

Very excellent riad, right in the best part of the kasbah. But do not stay here if you are bothered by hearing the Muslim call to prayer five times per day, including 6:30 am. Didn't bother me. We are in a Muslim country and they have their ways. Roll over and go back to sleep and feel comforted that you don't have to hurry to prayer.

Great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast, polite and welcoming staff

Nessuna accoglienza, nessuna informazione data all’arrivo, scarsa disponibilità da parte della proprietà e del personale. Portatevi il sapone perché “non è previsto” (testuali parole). Camera abbastanza spartana, con bagno inguardabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente scarso. Unico punto positivo, la posizione.

I already did a bad review about this hotel and was unfortunately by mistake because it was meant for another hotel" Riad Imndi" in wchich we stayed a day before. I stayed with my friend and family members at Riad nakhla hotel and it was really good. The staff was very welcoming and Mr. Rashid did everything to make our stay very comfortable. We appreciate that he changed our rooms for free and was very professional. The food was excellent and the placement of the hotel in the heart of a market was exceptional. To recommend strongly.

No towels or soap in room. The wall of my room was right next to mosque. The call to prayer very loud at 6am. Bed was comfortable

This Riad is wonderful. We stayed with a family of 5. The building is charming original and nice and cool with an authentic vibe. The rooms are in original state however everything works perfect, clean and big enough. The staff is wonderful, they try to accolade every one of our request. The breakfast on th terrace is a simple Moroccon breakfast but has everything we needed. The view was amazing and the staff very friendly. The location is excellent. You are in a quiet street but in a minute you get to the busy market. If you have a car you will need to park at a parking about 5 min walk away, but they help you with your luggage. Overall I would definitely recommend this Riad

Really really nice place to stay, staff were all very welcoming and helpful, speaking perfect English. Given a choice of two rooms when we arrived was a nice touch. The bed was very comfy with the addition of a nice view over some roof tops to the sea. The showers were clean with hand soap provided, would have preferred shampoo and conditioner as well but for the price you can't really complain! Bed sheets and towels were changed everyday, the room was clean and the stay was perfect. Continental breakfast is provided every morning in the roof, which will do if you're looking for a quick snack before heading out. The location of the hotel was perfectly situated in the center of the city. Thank you everyone working at the Riad! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Joe and Chloe
