Everything was very very satisfying. The staff was great. The cleaning staff was always smiling og effective, our room was every day vey clean and satisfying!! The rest of the staff was so friendly and charming. They made us feel like at home. we give Riad Nelia our most sincere and best recommendation. Thank you❤️

Excellent communication from the day of booking to coordinate airport transfer. Taxi was there w sign and waiting for us at airport. Staff met at parking area outside Riad to walk us to the Riad which was very comforting because we arrived in the evening and the Medina can be a little confusing to navigate on your own initially. The decor of the Nelia and their other propert the riad signature beautiful and clean. We were welcomed with mint tea and a little introduction of the area with map, they also offer spa dining, and tours. The food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner and we also had privilege of staying at their sister location just a few steps away at the Riyadh signature. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and excellent service! You made our stay so memorable and secure.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this riad. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the space and the level of hospitality—it is, without question, the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The riad itself is stunning: peaceful, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail feels intentional, from the immaculate rooms to the serene atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the second you walk in. The accommodations were exceptional, and I slept better here than I have in a long time. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and something I genuinely looked forward to each day. Room service was fast and seamless, and airport transfers were perfectly organized, making travel completely stress-free. The spa services were luxurious and deeply relaxing—an absolute must during your stay. What truly sets Riad Nelia apart, though, is the staff. They were always available, incredibly kind, and genuinely eager to help with anything: recommendations, directions, activities, or questions about the area. I always felt supported and cared for. If you’re looking for a riad that combines beauty, comfort, luxury, and exceptional service, this is the place.
