Loved our room, easy access, very quiet bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Wifi was good, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Die ganze Crew von Riad Nelia ist bezaubernd, so ein toller Service. Sie helfen wo sie nur können und sind super freundlich. Alles wird ständig sauber gemacht und das Frühstück auch der Dachterrasse ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren 6 Tage im Riad Nelia und können es wärmstens empfehlen besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Kochkurs mit Hamza :))

My stay at this riad was truly wonderful. It is beautifully located just far enough from the chaos of the Medina to feel peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to the main streets to easily explore. I always felt comfortable walking to and from the riad in the evenings. One of the highlights of my stay was the cooking class. The chef was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even switched my class at the last minute due to a change in my flight schedule, which I really appreciated. What made the experience truly exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. On one occasion, I had to leave very early in the morning (around 5:00 AM) for an activity. Since it was still dark and I was unfamiliar with the area, the manager thoughtfully arranged for someone to escort me to my destination so I wouldn’t have to walk alone. That level of care and attentiveness meant so much and made me feel incredibly safe and looked after. I’m so grateful for such a memorable stay and the genuine hospitality I experienced here. I will absolutely be returning —next time with my family.

Super séjour

The riad is simply beautiful with spacious room, AC (hot and cold heating), hot water, the most comfortable bed and close to the main square but far enough so you cannot hear a thing. If you booked a taxi through the hotel or a third party, they will drop you close to the riad less than 3 minutes walk from the riad itself. The breakfast is fresh, tasty and sufficient to get you started on your day. There is a hammam with massage facilities so you dont have to leave your riad, if you dont want to. The customer services is outstanding. Thank you for a restful and enjoyable first trip to Marrakech. I will be back soon!

Nous avons séjourné au Riad Nelia pour une nuit. Le personnel est très courtois et avenant. On nous a proposé un upgrade de chambre, que nous avons décliné car nous partions très tôt le lendemain matin. L’accueil a été professionnel et agréable. En revanche, les prestations sont restées en deçà de nos attentes. Nous avions confirmé un départ à 6h30 et il nous avait été assuré qu’un gardien serait présent afin de nous accompagner avec nos valises jusqu’au point de prise en charge du taxi. À notre grande surprise, le riad était totalement désert à 6h30. Aucun membre du personnel n’était présent. J’ai dû chercher les interrupteurs, descendre seule une valise de 20 kg sur deux étages et laisser la clé à la réception sans interlocuteur. Ce point mérite d’être signalé aux futurs hôtes : lorsqu’un départ matinal est confirmé, une présence effective devrait être assurée.

Lovely staff. First room was very small and a little niisy but when we asled there was no problem changing to a different room.

The ine thing that stood out to me is how friendly the staff was. I had the pleasure of interacting with both Zakaria(s), Sameer, Hamza and Mohammed all of which were very attentive to my needs. The property was clean and well cared for. I enjoyed the breakfast on the roof .. even though it was a bit cold during my visit but rhe staff always placed multiple electric and gas heaters to keep it warm. I also enjoyed the massage service I got. Overall great authentic Moroccan experience.

Everything was very very satisfying. The staff was great. The cleaning staff was always smiling og effective, our room was every day vey clean and satisfying!! The rest of the staff was so friendly and charming. They made us feel like at home. we give Riad Nelia our most sincere and best recommendation. Thank you❤️

Excellent communication from the day of booking to coordinate airport transfer. Taxi was there w sign and waiting for us at airport. Staff met at parking area outside Riad to walk us to the Riad which was very comforting because we arrived in the evening and the Medina can be a little confusing to navigate on your own initially. The decor of the Nelia and their other propert the riad signature beautiful and clean. We were welcomed with mint tea and a little introduction of the area with map, they also offer spa dining, and tours. The food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner and we also had privilege of staying at their sister location just a few steps away at the Riyadh signature. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and excellent service! You made our stay so memorable and secure.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this riad. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the space and the level of hospitality—it is, without question, the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The riad itself is stunning: peaceful, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail feels intentional, from the immaculate rooms to the serene atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the second you walk in. The accommodations were exceptional, and I slept better here than I have in a long time. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and something I genuinely looked forward to each day. Room service was fast and seamless, and airport transfers were perfectly organized, making travel completely stress-free. The spa services were luxurious and deeply relaxing—an absolute must during your stay. What truly sets Riad Nelia apart, though, is the staff. They were always available, incredibly kind, and genuinely eager to help with anything: recommendations, directions, activities, or questions about the area. I always felt supported and cared for. If you’re looking for a riad that combines beauty, comfort, luxury, and exceptional service, this is the place. I stood in the Riad with my husband and family members. From the communication before my stay that was detailed and fast. To my arrival with kindness, tea and extreme support with recommendations to all the near by places. Every single one of the workers were extremely kind . It was not just friendly but they really got to understand your needs. One of the members of the team was able to communicate with me in Spanish and that was cool. The staff was absolutely amazing. They made us feel like home. It was more than friendly. It was kindness, detailed understanding of the thinks we would need not only in the Riad but visiting Marrakech.

We really liked the location of this Riad and the Riad itself was beautiful! The staff was super hospitable. We never got to try the breakfast because the hours were too late for us - we typically had activities beginning early in the morning. They did, however, provide a to go breakfast one day for us which was super appreciated! A bit expensive in my opinion for the entire stay but would still recommend.
