The Riad was beautiful, very clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly. I booked this at the last minute after missing my flight at the nearby airport. I am glad I passed on the large hotels and chose Riad Tanjil. I had a peaceful stay, enjoying the cats, peacocks and chickens! The food was delicious and generous portions. My bed was comfortable. I highly recommend!

The Riad feels like a cozy home, very kind and helpful staff in a beautiful isolated location. Definitely not the Casablanca experience. Great for quick turnaround using the airport. Although this place is well taken care for, peaceful and relaxing, the bathroom in our room could use some updates.

We loved the staff and the oasis they made. The room was adequate. The reason to remove one star was that the owner downplayed and panned a beautiful Italian restaurant we were going to, wanting us to eat Moroccan at their place.

This Riad (converted home) is small with 7 rooms. It is a few mins drive from the airport but is isolated. I felt very welcome and a private lunch was cooked just for me. Very hospitable. Clean, great WiFi, excellent food.

Riad Tanjil was beautiful! Between the peacocks by the pool, the lovely grounds, the delicious food served, and our cozy room we couldn’t have been happier!!

staff cleanliness and true Moroccan culture

Great property. Kitchen staff does a great job in a small kitchen facility. One issue seemingly beyond control is barking dogs throughout the night.

Exceptional staff

Had a wonderful stay at Riad Tanjil! Airport shuttle was fine. Room was large and clean and service was excellent. Homemade dinner and breakfast were wonderful. Claire and staff were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

Shuttle was great. Dinner was traditional Moroccan. Pool was lovely. Only caution is the Riad is remote and nothing is close, so plan to just stay at the Riad.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre. Excellente cuisine Personnel accueillant et serviable. Rien autour, mais très pratique pour rejoindre l’aéroport Mohamed V de Casa et la navette est gratuite. Bon rapport qualité prix

We stayed here twice, at the beginning of our trip to rest and at the end of our trip because our flight was so early. Free transportation to and from airport. Clair was such a lovely hostess very kind. She even went to store to buy me gluten free bread because of my celiac’s. Very informative about the area. The Riad itself was so peaceful. Lovely pool peacocks roaming around. Delicious breakfast. Kebir her husband drove us where we needed to go and even stopped at the store so I could buy a bigger suitcase because the shopping was sooo good!

It is an excellent choice if you need to stay close to Casablanca airport: a unique, clean, family-run guest house. You will be treated as a family member, fed delicious food, and relax by the pool watching peacocks, chickens, and cats.

This property was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Unique architecture and beautiful attention to details. The staff is incredible and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the hands on cooking class and spa treatments. The breakfast in the mornings was a perfect start to our day and dinners were delicious. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was close to the airport and they provided a free shuttle. I was surprised to be served a free supper and breakfast at whatever time I wanted. The staff was polite and friendly.

I don’t often leave positive reviews, but I felt compelled to share one because my daughters and I truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport, making it perfect for a layover. The staff made everything easy, especially the airport transfers, and they were genuinely attentive throughout our stay. The food we had for both lunch and dinner was absolutely delicious and loved even by a two year old —chicken Tan Jin - far beyond our expectations. The hotel’s Moroccan style adds a unique charm, and it offers excellent value for money. Another highlight is the beautiful garden, complete with a pool and chickens and peacocks — a perfect way to spend the afternoon with kids. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful, quiet and less than 15min away from the airport. The food is very delicious and the staff welcoming. We had a very relaxing day in this riad - it is the perfect place to end our trip and prepare for our flight back home.
