방음이 전혀되지 않는 4성급 호텔이었음. relax호텔(3성급)과 공동운영되고 있었는데 별차이 없을 것 같음. 게다가 셔틀도 15분 마다 운행한다고 했지만 relax호텔과 공동운영으로 30분마다 운행함. 4성급 호텔임에서 마실 물을 주지 않음. 조식은 토스터기가 잘 되지 않아 식빵이 걸려서 내려오지 않았음. 더블룸에 2인 예약인데 슬리퍼도 1개.

Great hotel , nice quiet room, comfortable. Bar is average price . Dinner was good but breakfast is not worth the price. Definitely give it a skip

The buffet restaurant had really bad food and service, while charging $30 per person. No one greeted us, and didn’t even offer water.

Avoid if you can. The fact that this hotel was over $200CDN a night is insane. Three stars at best and that is being generous. Only decent person was the check in agent and the bell staff - pleasant, warm and attentive. It went down hill from there, although I'm not sure I should have expected anymore from an airport hotel at Casablanca airport. Room smelled - BAD. AC wouldn't work. It was 30'c outside and room was 27. I tried to get it colder but was told 'our ac is only on heat mode, just open window' - that was it. Sleeping was difficult. Restaurant was sad - I think next day KFC might be better lol. Pool outside looked nice, but with the window open to get some sense of air, all you could hear was kids screaming and loud talking by people until 11pm at night. All in all it felt like a hotel you just wanted to get away from. I realize this is a TOTAL first world review and rant so I am acknowledge that. My only advise is if there are better options for a layover or night before early flight, try finding them.

Front desk very nice. Shower would go from very hot to very cold every few minutes. Air conditioner did not work. Room very hot!

The lobby and surrounding area is quite good. The staff is mostly indifferent. The rooms are not well maintained. The location is very convenient for airport.

Decent hotel near to airport with free shuttle every 30 minutes. It is in a quiet neighborhood with few shops or places to eat. Ideal for an overnight stay.

Beautiful looking hotel. BUT service lacking. 4 calls to get heat turned down. 28c and climbing. Had early flight. Finally staff came,10pm said cant do anything. No hairdryer in rokm. Shower not safe to take. Ice cold, then scalding hot, bathed with cloth in sink for safety. Food horrible in restaurant. Couldnt eat it. They gave complementary dessert. Staff at restaurant were very nice tho..Ami and Ayoub

Sky casa had many perks- the shuttle was on time and effective. The check in process was great, some staff in the restaurant was very helpful and nice, and the location was clean- so were the rooms. Some cons: the AC did not work to our liking and the staff in the restaurant the second day/ for breakfast were not very friendly and the constant staring made my children uncomfortable. Besides that we did appreciate those that went out of our way to smile and make us feel welcomed.
