Staff was wonderful, clean resort, lacking in amenities and the food wasn’t great.

We traveled as a family of two adults and two children. The hotel itself is beautiful; however, there are several areas that need improvement. When booking, we expected English-speaking staff, but the majority of the team spoke primarily French with very limited English. Communication was difficult at times, and on multiple occasions staff struggled to understand our requests. Twice we contacted room service for beverages. When we requested water, it took a very long time to arrive, and we needed it urgently for our toddlers. On another occasion, we ordered three sodas; they took most of the day to be delivered, and only one was left in the room. We also requested ice after our daughter fell and hit her face, but despite calling room service, the ice was never delivered. Additionally, room service does not provide food delivery only extra pillows and beverages. The beds were another concern. The main bed was very firm, and the sofa bed our toddlers slept on was extremely hard almost like sleeping on the floor. As a result, we all experienced back pain throughout the week due to poor sleep. I would strongly recommend that management personally check both the sofa beds and mattresses for comfort. Housekeeping also fell short of expectations. The room appeared to be lightly sprayed and quickly wiped down, but towels and sheets were never changed during our stay, which did not feel hygienic. This hotel is a hidden gem. It's a little out of the centre of town, but offers a complimentary shuttle service. Rooms are comfortable, bright and airy. Buffet food is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a different theme in the evening each day. There are also two other a la carte options (which we did not try). Super friendly, inclusive staff offering a full entertainment programme.All in all, a very solid choice.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at Sol Oasis Marrakech with my parents, our first holiday abroad together. From start to finish, the service was excellent and communication was very good. Airport transfers were smooth and on time, and we received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we were invited to enjoy lunch from the buffet, which was much appreciated. When the rooms were ready, my parents were delighted to find their room decorated for their 40th wedding anniversary, a thoughtful touch that made the trip extra special. Despite rainy weather, the hotel had a cosy atmosphere with great entertainment, Moroccan vibes, and outdoor fireplaces in the evenings. The spa was the highlight of our stay – the hammam and massage treatments were absolutely divine. Overall, excellent service and a very memorable stay. We would happily return.

We are natively Indian, so enjoy spicy food, but we couldn’t found any single food which is spicy or more flavourful. Excluding this 1 point, it was great experience

This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the team, especially for organising the bespoke tour to Ourika Valley/waterfalls hike in the Atlas that included transfer to the airport- This was a real unplanned bonus for us. Also, the guides provided were brilliant. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Medina. We found this great- easy to book and efficient. This was our first time in Morocco and thanks to this experience it won't be the last. Thank you to the Sol team.

Loved everything about this stunning property. In particular, their F&B dept is superbly run - food is delicious and of such a fantastic variety, every day! Great entertainment, for those who would like it. Staff’s amazing and attentive. Its location is a little remote so ensure mobile data package has good service/ coverage for the area. Unfortunate WiFi was down for two days which was a little inconvenient, but I didn’t allow that to impact on holiday and how great this all-inclusive property is. Will for sure recommend and return again! Bravo Sol Oasis Marrakech!!!

The hotel is perfect, so clean and the rooms are very very clean and the staff are so friendly . We loved the activities. Food was definitely delicious. I would like to thank Mrs. Nadia ( the housekeeping manager) for the good treatment and assistance she provides to all customers. The hotel is perfect for family and couples . I am honestly surprised this place go such a high rating. If you are not French or British don't stay here. They will ignore you and not give a damn. Their drinks are all watered down and half the staff don't know how to make them. They serviced us raw chicken and all they said was oh thank.... The food is average at this place and they tried to gaslight me into saying the extra money I paid for a terrace meant I would get a window. All the rooms had windows why would I pay extra for that? Our room was covered in ants and had a wasp nest on the terrace so we couldn't even enjoy it. Anyways, we will return to Morocco but not this resort.
