Staff were nice, food was good and location was great. It would be helpful to have more labels on the buffet.

Petit déjeuner excellent. Buffet proposé par le chef cuisinier parfait. Personnel très a l'écoute disponible agréable souriant. Petit bémol pour les chambres situées cotées rues .très très bruyantes les nuits boîte de nuit à côté de l'hôtel .donc nuits difficiles.

Took 2 days and 4 attempts to replace the broken fridge. The service from the bar/pool staff was poor. Brought the wrong food/drinks and also were very slow, an hour for a pizza and was brought out in correctly. Bathrooms were clean but dated. Will say though pool area clean, quiet and relaxing though.

Der Boden ist etwas arg Schmutzig, vergisst eure Hausschuhe nicht!

Reception staff where not helpful at all over charged for my tax although I questioned it.ig does not say that the dos facilities are chargeable only mention Hamam as chargeable and the jacuzzi was not working,

Bad water pressure - room decent, decent hotelfacilities, staff hit and miss - daily harassment from the local peeps across the hotel is the reason I would not return to this hotel.

Fuyez cette hôtel ! Pour y séjourner une à 2 nuits maximum ! Sinon votre séjour sera gâché. Monsieur le directeur de cette hôtel devrai refaire un coup de propre au sein de son établissement. La piscine est horrible fond vert. Les chambres sont limite une garde à vue. La clim ne fonctionne pas le frigo non plus. Nous avions réservée 15jr dans cette mais nous y avons séjourné qu’une nuit, grâce à expedia qui a était d’un très bon support et qui nous a toute suite relogé ailleur. Clim non fonctionnel avec enfant de 5 ans c’était impossible pour nous de rester dans cette hotel. Petite déjeuné bas de gamme ! Aucune animation, hôtel qui mérite à peine une étoile ! Point positif le personnel très accueillant et serviable, et le parking, petite boutique à proximité.

Nice and friendly staff at hotel. Rooms are spacious and tasteful decorated. Bed a bit uncomfortable. Hotel did their best with Christmas and New year's party but we thought that the New year's party was a bit poor and lack of entertainment. We had it included in our price, but if not would have to pay 45 Euros per person. I personally would have been disappointed. Spa reasonable priced and good.

Les : propreté, et le personnel est sympathique. Belle piscine et beau jardin. Par contre, les 300 mètres de la plage annoncés, c’est à vol d’oiseau. Il faut descendre et remonter la côte pour aller à la plage. L’hôtel est bien, sans plus et ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Peu d’originalité dans le décor. La salle de restaurant ressemble à un réfectoire. Déçue par le Hammam dont je trouve les prestations annoncées incomplètes. Déçue aussi, par le peu de diligence de la personne de l’accueil plus intéressé par son téléphone que pour s’assurer que le taxi que j’avais commandé 3 jours à l’avance serait bien là à l’heure pour me conduire à l’aéroport d’Agadir. Il y a 30 minutes de trajet. Le taxi est arrivé avec 20 minutes de retard. Ça été la course pour pouvoir passer toutes les formalités frontalières.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. A fuir ! L’accueil est particulièrement froid et ils ne pensent qu’à se faire de l’argent. Aucun sourire, aucun service rendu. Par exemple, il n’y a pas de fer à repasser mais seulement un service de repassage qui ne prend pas les costumes. Pas assez de serviette pour la piscine, qui est sale par ailleurs. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Les chambres sont grandes et correctes. Ma chambre avait une odeur d’humidité constante mais cela restait supportable. Nous sommes venus entre amis pour un mariage et avons été tous été mal reçus. Aucun respect des attributions des lits pour les couples et aucun effort pour répartir les chambres. Une amie qui ne séjournait pas dans cet hôtel mais que j’avais invitée pour venir se changer dans la chambre avant un départ commun tous ensemble au lieu du mariage a été refoulée de l’accueil (très certainement sous prétexte de prostitution). Ils n’ont rien voulu entendre alors qu’il était évident que nous étions tous en tenue de soireé et environ une dizaine ! Ils l’ont autorisée à se changer dans un placard puis l’ont forcée à donner sa carte d’identité qu’ils ont gardée (est-ce légal ?). Je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi mauvais. Tout est fait pour pomper de l’argent avec des prestations plus que médiocres. Aucun effort de la réception (qui devrait débuter une reconversion professionnelle). Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Lovely staff, pool area and great food. The chef is always present and there to answer any questions. Stayed here before going to a larger hotel and instantly regretted the fact that I had booked another hotel for the second part of my stay. Shop next door is a great amenity, clean pool with excellent services. Great job, highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel, room and pool area are spotless. The breakfast is the same every day, but there are loads of choices so you can have something different every day. It's self service so you can get as little or much as you want. We had a pool view and it was amazing. You can sit and watch the cable cars and can also see the sea and the marina and the mountain. The Wii fi signal was good in reception but pretty poor or non existant in the room or pool area. If I had to pick a fault with anything it would be the shower it wouldnt keep a consistent temperature one minute OK then either red hot or cold. But we would definitely stay here again.
