I had always wanted to make a review ever since I returned to Malaysia, but I never had the time to. Btw, This hotel is highly recommended! I was travelling with my elder brother for an examination at University of Medicine 1. The location is superb amazing as it takes about 1.5k kyats to travel to the uni. According to the boss, we can walk too (but we was lazy!) The hotel receptionist is very helpful, they will make sure the grabcar driver knows where you’re going as the drivers aren’t good in English. They also do food delivery to your room, and it bring us much convenient as we do not speak their language and wanted clean food. Besides, they went beyond expectations when they searched high and low to get me and my brother Myanmar simcard fixed. We left the hotel very early at about 630am, and bought mee cups to fill in our tummy, but the kitchen was very helpful as they prepared the breakfast way earlier as they knew we were leaving early, plus I told the kitchen just add hot water, but they even cooked and served it nicely inside a bowl. Besides, they also helped in money exchange as the money exchanger isn’t always available, i guess we exchanged all the kyats they have in the hotel! Overall, this hotel is superb. A hotel you don’t want to miss if you were to visit Yangon!
P/S : I didn’t get the name of the girl who currently studying English (The receptionist), Good luck in your studies and God bless you! :D

朝食が毎日日替わりで美味しかったです。おかわりするか尋ねてくれました。スタッフの笑顔が良かったです。部屋も清潔でした。シャワーしかありませんでしたが、熱いお湯が出ました。

Localização próximo a reataurantes e supermercado. Equipe com excelente atendimento. Quartos simples, sem TV, alguns sem janela, porém, os quartos são limpos e aconchegantes. A internet as vezes falha, porém, isso é comum em Myanmar, não é falha do hotel!

A equipe do hotel é fantástica, eles fazem o máximo para ajudar em tudo! Os quartos são simples, não tem TV e alguns não tem janela, porém, são limpos e aconchegantes. O café da manhã com opções locais e internacionais é muito saboroso e sempre acompanhado de frutas da estação. Você pode se servir com chás a qualquer momento. A mesa do café é grande e dividida entre os hóspedes o que facilita você interagir e dividir experiências. O hotel fica em uma região com muitas opções de restaurantes, tem um supermercado bem próximo que também oferece serviço de money exchange. Uma ótima relação custo-benefício

The room is basic but u detestable this is for budget traveller. The bed is comfortable and overall sleeping is good. The staff is super warm welcoming and helpful. Overall it is good experience to stay in this hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff. Even if some don't speak a lot of English, they smile and try their best to offer local information.
Staff were helpful to look out for Grab taxi every time I make a booking.
Housekeeping, always replenishes water and fresh towels.

Hotel veramente essenziale con personale gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi ora, ma senza ascensore e, viste le stanze piccolissime (almeno la nostra) posizionate tutte non al piano terra, abbiamo dovuto fare una scarpinata su scale ripidissime per portare le valigie ai piani superiori. Non ci tornerei!

・スタッフがとても親切
・ホテルお抱えのタクシードライバーがいるので、空港送迎、ツアーアレンジ等の相談可能
・ゴールデンロック行くのツアーをタクシーチャーターで組んでもらった（値引きしてもらいました）
・WIFIは早くはないがまずまずのつながり
・エアコンはバッチリ
・バスタブなしのシャワーだけだが、きっちり熱いお湯がでる（途中から水に変わる等はなかった）
・アメニティは、シャンプー、ボディソープ、石鹸、歯ブラシなど
・朝食会場は1階
・朝食は、トースト＋卵、モヒンガー（ミャンマー料理）等から選ぶシステム
・トーストセットは、おかわりしないかを聞いてくれる
・館内は禁煙、ホテル外に喫煙スペース（椅子2脚とテーブル）があり
・１階、2階、3階が客室。エレベーターはないので階段で（結構急な階段）。スタッフが荷物は運んでくれる
・部屋に毎日無料のミネラルウォーター2本を置いてくれる

Rooms overall are clean. A little bit more improvement would be better.
Staff can speak Bahasa Malaysia fluently. English no problem as well.

スタッフは非常に親切で、親身になって対応してくれます。
立地も抜群ですが、ダウンタウン大通り沿いでは無いので静かです。
ヤンゴン自体相場が上がっているようで、確かに他地域（バガン、インレー）に比べると２倍位してると思います。
エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフが荷物ポーターしてくれるので問題はありません。
施設は非常に清潔できれいです。

Great location to go main attractions in Yangon. Rooms was larger than I expected and clean. A/C works perfectly. Breakfast comes with fruits, toast, jams+, eggs and coffee. Staff are friendly and always greet you with a big smile. Internet can be fast and slow. Overall I enjoyed my stay!
