I booked for.2 nights at Hotel on Haven through Hotels.com for 08-10/Oct/2022 on 13/Sep/2022. I received a confirmation from Hotels.com. that my booking was paid and confirmed on the 13/Sep/2022 via email. I received another email on 04/Oct/2022 from Hotels.com reminding me of my upcoming reservation: We arrived at Hotel on Haven on 08/Oct/2022 to check in, only to be told by a very rude receptionist that they do not have our reservation and that they do not accept on-line bookings! We did not cancel this booking but were denied access by the hotel as tried to make use of it. We were very disappointed as travelled all that way only to be faced with the issue of no accomodation. We have requested a refund from Hotels.com but have been informed that 'Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted'. This makes no sense whatsoever as we were not the ones at fault and did not cancel the booking! Please can someone assist with our refund!

Staff is verry good help with all. Hotell is good and cleen. Its good to stay at dis hotell

need taxi to go out from hotel. friendly staffs, you can ask for tour and bus ticket in the reception.

Very short stay but super easy. Lovely modern hotel. The rooms are very new and in great condition. Each one has a little balcony. Bathroom was huge with an epic shower. Beds v comfy and good quality linen. We had an early flight and they gave us boxes to take away - the food was delicious! Such a treat when we finally got to the airport. Only wish we’d had time to go back for seconds. Only negative is that there were a lot of stray dogs outside fighting and barking all night.

This hotel is only about a year old. It is fabulous value with excellent breakfast included and a lovely rooftop pool from which you have almost 360deg view over Mandalay

Hotel neuf avec personnel bien rode sous la gouverne de la Directrice du Service a la clientele Maw Si Phyu. Terrasse magnifique avec vue de Mandaley exceptionnel. Buffet varie pour tous les gouts. Aussi service exceptionnel de guide et chauffeur pour voir les attraits touristiques, tres bon rapport qualite prix pour ce genre de service. Hotel 5 etoiles a prix vraiment modique!! Merci pour tant de soin.

This appears to be a new hotel. the rooms are very spacious and the overall condition of the hotel lovely. The staff are very friendly. However, for some reason, maybe they were short staffed, their were no towels when I checked in. They only arrived later in the evening.

Very new and clean hotel. We like the spacious room and the view from the rooftop pool was amazing. Hotel staff was very kind to help us arrange transportation to the airport. Location wasn’t the greatest - you need to walk a bit for restaurants or convenience stores nearby. But getting a tuk tuk was easy. Breakfast area was small in comparison. We had to wait to be seated.

The property is clean, comfortable, a room have enough space for family, but such property is hard to find and far from convenience store, almost no light at the main road.Therefore, taxi is need. Staffs are not good in English, but very helpful. Myanmar food is recommended. Italian food is NOT good. Room service is excellent. I recommended room service than the bar, because the bar services is so slow like a sick sloth.

$50 with breakfast and a rooftop infinity pool? That’s enough to give it a try. But the staff’s friendliness and accommodation to little requests (finding a plaster when our daughter scraped her knee, sending someone to buy top up for our mobile phone, etc) made it the kind of place we would come back to. That roof top pool is inexplicably cold, however. Be warned.

1. Lock is broken, and after they fix it still stuck 2. They take away your passport during the stay 3. They scam money with the taxi driver We have an issue with the taxi fare which is triple of the agreed amount, the frontoffice manager aaid they will kick me out of the hotel in midnight unless i pay for the extra amount and wouldnt let me call a police with their phone The taxi is not a service of the hotel and they put the extra fare on a mandatory fee, after i check out at my stay they confiscate my passport unless I pay for extra money And i even check with grab, they are overcharging me After the taxi driver agreed to settle with the fee i have given,the hotel manager still wouldnt let go and didnt give me back my passport and refuse to talk When i finally reach the police they wouldnt do the translate. So i tried to ask them to borrow me a phone then i can call the embassy and they ignore me The taxi driver arent even a staff, it is nonsense that the driver was not even there during the agrument. And i have been in Myanmar for a month , no hotel hold tour passport in frontdesk, that is why i think its not an identical case It takes me forever to get back my passport and i almost miss my flight Beside that the hotel lock is broken and their technician didnt fix that during the whole stay 酒店經理為我打車到我想去的景點，回來後的士司機要求我支付三倍車資，我拒絕付錢要求報警，他們便說給我折扣而且不讓我報警，而且恐嚇在半夜趕我出酒店，以及把收費放到酒店收費內，的士司機並非酒店員工,他們無權把我趕出去 當我堅持報警後他們讓我回房休息，但在我離開的時候他們拒絕還我護照，找警察亦不借我電話 ，最後要找警察及大使館才處理好事情

Super friendly and polite staff. Room is spacious and in good conditions.

If you want to stay in a quiet, clean, cozy, and still not far from the city. This is the place. Staff is also very helpful and service-minded.

Reception staff were very friendly & helpful when i rented a motor bike. The swimming pool was lovely to look at but too cold to swim in. Solar panels required. The breakfast food holders were unstable and so hard to open & close, therefore not keeping the food hot. There were limited english tv channels.
