만달레이 궁전 앞쪽에 있는 호텔입니다. 카운터 직원들이 친절하고 이동편이나 투어에 대한 설명도 좋았습니다. 레스토랑에서 보는 전망이 멋집니다

Okey hotel. Location what not the best. Nice pool!

Staffs are nice and helpful. Check in process was a bit strange because they did not have a record of my reservation first until they checked email (probably of Expedia). I experienced Power outage every hour, which needed a staff coming to reboot the fuse box. Not much hot water in shower.

Overall enjoyed my stay. The water at the pool was green so I didn't use it.

The pool was nice. This hotel was very nice for the price.

Nach einer lauten Nacht konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist einfach reizend und hilfsbereit; das Hotel ist zwar nahe am Königspalast, aber durch die ruhige Lage fehlt Infrastruktur wie Restaurants etc. Leider gab es am Morgen kein warmes Wasser.

Not bad. Can consider. Good location. Have a decent restaurant. Rooms clean and have a bath tub.

Simple rooms as shown in the pictures- 209 was in the corner and so quite large. OK pool with a small children’s pool and 4 sun loungers. Pleasant restaurant with a good choice and tasty food - I can recommend the chicken kebab. Daily WiFi code needed from desk.

跟飯店配合的機車店租機車發生了糾紛，飯店無法協助處理，飯店服務人員英文很差，水龍頭內的水沒過濾是黃的，飯店蚊子很多

Overall, the hotel is rather new and in good condition. We stayed in a room outside the side door which is used for people to access the rooftop bar. We stayed 4 nights and each night we were awakened by young reveling men after their night of drinking. I think this is the only room that would be affected by this phenomenon--just our luck that we were assigned it.

The hotel is pretty good taking into consideration Myanmar’s standards. But it eas really dissapointing that our superior room with a balcony overlooking the pool actually was a room with windows over a public outdoor hallway with views to a parking lot. We wanted a pool for our last days in Mandalay, and eventhough the pool si fine therw is almost no place where to lay down, and it is on the side of a parking lot also. Their internet connection seems not to work with some certain devices and their staff looked terrified at every inquiry. The location is good in a quiet neighborhood near Mandalay Hilk.

La description Expedia / Hotel.com annonçait un balcon avec vue sur la piscine, et nous ne l'avons pas eu. Nous nous sommes contenté d'une fenêtre avec vue sur l'immeuble d'à côté, et l'hôtel ne nous a pas permis de changer de chambre.

Hotel moderno en un área tranquila de Mandalay. Se aprecian sus habitaciones amplias, buena atención, limpieza y piscina. Se nota que es un emprendimiento nuevo con sus puntos positivos (hotel nuevo, buena disposición, etc.) y algunos para mejorar (comunicación en inglés, equipamiento, falta de formación del personal, etc.). De todas maneras, el hotel cumple con todo lo que promete en su descripción. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación sin ventanas, ante lo cual solicitamos que nos cambiaran a una con luz natural, a lo cual accedieron en el momento. El desayuno es decente y muy bueno en relación calidad/precio. La atención en recepción fue buena con cierta dificultad para comunicarse en inglés, dependiendo de la persona a cargo. Por ejemplo, con una persona pudimos comprar los billetes del bus a Bagan sin problemas, pero con otra al preguntarle sobre tours nos dió un mapa y nos indicó que se podía acceder caminando a todo. Cabe destacar que las manzanas en Mandalay tienen 200 metros, no hay aceras y el tráfico es caótico. Por ejemplo, el Palacio que parece estar al lado en el mapa se encuentra a 2 km. Contratamos un coche en una agencia externa. El bar de la terraza donde sirven el desayuno tiene bonitas vistas pero es sólo para tomar una cerveza, evitar la comida y no aceptan tarjeta de crédito aunque lo anuncie. Excelente comunicación a través de su página de Facebook, respondiendo a nuestros mensajes y dudas por messenger en el acto y en perfecto inglés.

We stayed 3 nights in Mandalay. There is no centre but we were still far away from everything despite of the kings palace. No cheap restaurants close by. But staff was friendly & helpful. Wifi was good.

Nous avons certainement eu la chambre la moins confortable mais le service était super. Le petit-déjeuner américain n'est pas excellent. Mais nous ne regrettons pas!

Personnel très agréable et arrangeant. Hôtel très propre et Très belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Assez Proche de la plupart des sites touristiques. Je retournerais dans cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Eine Ruheoase im trubeligen Mandalay. Erfrischender und sauberer Pool. Äußerst bemühtes und freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet ist das übliche, könnte aber etwas schmackhafter sein. Andere Mahlzeiten waren dagegen sehr lecker. Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, spielt aber keine große Rolle, weil man sowieso immer ein Taxi braucht.
