Two words . BLACK MOLD. After my first night my chest was hurting and i couldn't understand why. The second night it felt like i was coming down with something and i started coughing up green phlegm. I was out all day and wheni came back to the room i was in pain again. I looked all over and then shine my flashlight into the Air Conditioner duct. It was COMPLETELY COVERED IN BLACK MOLD. i took a video and went down to show them. They Started looking for other rooms to put me in. After seeing it in the 3rd room as well i said no way and checked out of the hotel. I now have a lung infectioni am fighting because of this place. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

On the same floor as the room I stayed in, a Chinese man was smoking and had the door to his room completely open, so the whole floor was filled with the smell of his cigarettes. And his phone was ringing very loudly. Even if you try to order room service, you have to order a very unappetizing meal. Other than that, the cleaning staff are very kind. For the same price, they are flexible to accommodate nearby Pan Pacific, so I found it useful, but recently they have become stricter and the minibar has disappeared, which is very disappointing. I hope that various services will be improved in the future. Also, in some rooms, the pillars are in the way and you can't see the view. And the room is clean, but the view is not very good because the windows are dirty.
