Beautiful hotel. Very high standard of service and rooms very good. Comfortable and clean. Even had a fridge which unusual in Namibia.Lovely garden with heated pool. Staff are great.Breakfast the best we had in Namibia. About a mile walk into town on quiet road. Recommend Fish Deli for eating.

Excellent hôtel pour une étape citadine à swakopmund. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus pour boire un verre malgré le climat assez frais cet été. Le staff de l’hotel est extrêmement sympathique et nous a prodigué de très bons conseils. Petit déjeuner de tres bonne qualité. Parking sécurisé.

very nice place

Sam was wonderful and provided a lot of support and advice. He was really friendly and really made the hotel special. I also liked how home-y the lobby was. The front garden was beautiful as well. The rooms were pretty clean but it was a little tough to sleep because there wasn't a sheet, just a duvet which was warm. Overall would definitely recommend.

Super Aufenthalt. Der Garten ist total romantisch und schön, mit Teich und vielen schönen Pflanzen. Der Schweizer Besitzer mit seinem Berner Sennenhund ist super nett und hilft bei der Planung alles Aktivitäten. Würde sofort wieder dort hin gehen.

El hotel no cumple las expectativas. Las zonas comunes olían a comida y hacia mucho frío. Tenia 3 estufas, pero no eran suficientes y no funcionaban muy bien, porque olía a gas. La cena muy cara y no muy buena. En la habitación hacia mucho frío y tenían un radiador eléctrico mínimo, que no calentaba nada

Uns hat es einfach nur gut gefallen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, wir wurden gleich herumgeführt und fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind zwar einfach, also ohne viel "Klimbim" eingerichtet, haben aber alles, was man braucht. Der Chef des Hauses kümmerte sich rührend um uns, kochte hervorragend und erklärte auch immer, was es gibt. Einfach klasse, wie bei "Muttern zu Hause".

Sam's was a great little hotel. Whilst the rooms aren't huge there is plenty of space to sit downstairs and in the lovely garden.

unique and friendly guest house, good location, beautiful garden, collection of books and wines, kind and helpful owner and staff, and the lovely dog. we do enjoy our stay there. only problem is too short.

Comfortable room in a residential area about a 15 minute walk to the town. There is a pleasant garden with loungers to relax on. No in room coffee/tea but available throughout the day in the lounge area also a very well stocked wine bar. Landlord gives a good introduction to the town and the service is good.
