The room was really nice. I arrived fairly late in the evening and the owner was there waiting for my arrival. I didn't do much, just needed a dinner, so the owner dropped me off at an area where i can eat. Early the next morning I left for a 4 day tour. My only problem was that there was no hot water for showering....waited 10 mins and it never got hot, just cold water.

This place is great! Way more spacious and comfortable than expected. It’s also walkable to a small mall, supermarket, and restaurants. It’s a great value for the money. I can highly recommend!

Great communication. Secure building. Flexible check-in (we were a little late arriving from the airport). The apartment has slate tiles throughout, a nice shower and huge bed. The TV had a wide range of channels. The location is a 10 minute walk to a large shopping centre, restaurants and bars, and a 30 minute walk into the centre. However the town centre and surrounds did not feel particularly safe on a Sunday or after dusk. Possibly a better place to have a car.

Has everything you need if you want to have e.g. a place to stay in Windhoek before or after a round trip through Namibia.

Hartmann ist eine sehr gute Adresse. Waren schon einige male dort. sehr zu empfehlen. Preis ist acu ok.

It was my first time in Namibia. I enjoyed Windhoek and Swakopmund very much. Beautiful country. I can see myself going back one day. Hartmann Suites was top tier. I fell in love with apartment 5.

The spacious 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was well-equipped, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Location was great -- close to the center of the city on a quiet street. The staff members were helpful and pro-active. Excellent stay in every way.

This was a great stay. I was greeted by Vicky upon arrival. She did my laundry immediately. The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was amply supplied. It was very secure. The only problem was dogs barking throughout the night. This made sleep very difficult.

Nice and clean, the bed is comfy in unit 5 but the living area a bit small for our liking! We had a good time and will use it again. Hospitable and friendly.

The place is very clean and well located. Did not ask for my credit card, booking was so easy. I have traveled a lot, but this was the best and comfortable I have stayed. Suitable for families too. No noise.

The place offers great facilities (full set of cutleries, and all necessary equipment plus coffee, cookies, milks and water etc) for self catering and given the price become the best offer in Windhoek for low seasons (Dec) Housekeepers do the great job cleaning the place. Bed is comfy and nice. There are shopping mall with all kinds of stores around. Although the place is small it's sufficient enough for 2 people. Stuff is extremely welcoming and helpful when it comes to service, check-in or -outs. The downside is limited TV channels and no wall between room and bedroom.

We stayed there the second time already and we're very satisfied. The apartment was super spacious, well fitted and generally really nice.

部屋が広く、到着したら冷蔵庫にミネラルウオーターが入っていて良かった。夜に空港着だったため送迎をお願いしたところ、親切に価格とあわせて案内してくれたが連絡無しに約束の時間から15分以上遅刻してドライバーが来た。こちらから連絡して遅れることを知ったのは残念だった。

Fantastic place. Very clean. Big place with open plan living room and kitchen, and separate bedroom and en-suite. Huge bed. Big shower. Basic amenities for cooking and plenty of appliances e.g. kettle, toaster, stove, microwave, bench top oven, two mini fridges, TV and fan. Only hand soap and body wash provided in the bathroom. As other review have mentioned, the walls don’t go up to the roof, so sound could travel between the bedroom and the lounge area, but I was travelling alone, so it was not an issue for me. Air con was a weak because it is such a big open space, but it did cool things down eventually. Dish soap, tea towels and sponges provided in kitchen as cleaning products, but apartment is cleaned daily by staff. Cleaning staff were so friendly. Manger was very accommodating - thank you! Parking provided on site, but I didn’t have a car, so I can’t comment further. 9min walk from shopping mall for groceries. Property was very safe with locked entryway. I would highly recommend this property, and would stay there again if I ever return to Windhoek.
