Sigar is the only reason I stay here

It was awesome experience to be there.

This is a WONDERFUL hotel. The staff is so kind, helpful and attentive. It is very clean There is not a lot in the area BUT the restaurants are delicious. There is a rooftop restaurant that is really good and has nice views for Nepal. The bathrooms could be improved because they flood when you shower and become a fall hazard but other than that 5 stars!

Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean with good facilities. Wonderrful restaurants and roof top bar. Great selection at breakfast.

The event we had for the week was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did leave a power charger in the room if there is anyway I could get it back, it would be much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel Crowne Imperial- new, fresh, clean. Professional front desk. Polite, welcoming and friendly. Front desk evening shift manager Rubin- professional, courteous and genuinly welcoming, assisting with any inquiries promptly. Front desk evening shift staff: all equally well formed and genuinly caring. Anjan Pani is always happy to assist, with ease, friendliness and attentiveness. Breakfast buffet- fabulous, with western and oriental dishes, fresh, fragrant and delish! Staff and manager- welcoming and caring. All of them made my stay feel at home. Will be back when in KTM!

Is this 4star hotel? NO!!! It should be 2star. SOUNDPROOF doesn't work!!! Why should I wake up with the loud neighbor moving outside at the morning? Some front staffs aren't polite. They are crossing the personal privacy.

Beautiful veiw of Valley from top..restaurant. It is tucked away with quick getway by road towards southern/western part of Nepal. Staffs are very pleasant and eager to please. They make the whole experience-memorable. Many thanks

We had a great stay. Clean and comfortable.

Still waiting for my last night refund as I left along with my traveling friend as we felt unsafe. Staff manager begged for us to stay but how could we stay after privacy was breached. Worst hotel.

Stay was pleasant. Hotel has nice staff. Though i didnt get the booked apartment room to stay together for family on my 2nd booking. Some how we managed the stay. Staffs were god to assist the stay.

Overall everything was fine.

My room was quiet in spite of the very busy area (is anywhere in Kathmandu not very busy?). The staff were so accommodating and kind and I enjoyed very good Indian food in the restaurant. You can see occasional cracks in the mortar (booth literally and figuratively) but for the price I paid I felt like it was a good place at a great price.

Hotel is running smoothly, the room was perfect, breakfast was fine, service on the spot. we had no problem staying at the Crowne Imperial.

I can say this is my best stay ever in any of the Nepali Hotels till today. As a Nepali; I always felt discrimination between me(domestic tourist) and foreigners in other hotels of Nepal despite me paying same or even more which pinch me as I also work in Hotel Industry abroad. But staying over here made me felt as a proper guest. I arrived at the hotel 07:30 am in the morning taking Hotel pick up facilities and the lovely lady at front desk Salina and Trainee with her ( sorry couldn't catch her name who also arranged me hotel vehicle to drop me to the airport) checked me in so early which gave me good rest before I start my day for the work. The swimming pool was awesome and the breakfast food was outstanding. The server named Yunika was so cheerful and humble during the day and the morning when I was there. Arjun, from Concierge was very helpful with my luggage and even helped to weigh it as I was leaving to the airport. Likewise Ram who is a lovely driver make me reach on time to the airport safely. As I mentioned this is my best stay as I literally felt for the first time Home away from Home staying in Nepal's Hotel; Yunika, Salina , Trainee from Front Desk , Arjun and Ram deserves great recognition.Lastly, just a bit of suggestion is though everyone were very helpful and kind; they lack information regarding the department of hotels but i am sure in my next visit; i can see all of them with the same attitude and full of information. Thanks Crowne Imperial team.

Excellent location , friendly staff and lovely rooftop lounge. Sushma has professional customer service skills . Appreciate all her assistance from check in and during our stay . Will definitely return
