La habitacion estaba limpia y el desayuno buffet era completo. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento. El unico problema es que habia obras en el edificio de delante y empezaban a hacer ruido a las 6 de la mañana.

I loved this stay and I would be very happy to stay here next time... Right in the center of Thamel and yet on a quiet street, perfect for me! Also was very solid building, I was here in the latest earthquake 5.4 (Feb 2016) and I was on the 6th floor and barely felt it. Very safe to be here!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bedroom was good and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very poor. A lot of water leaking from various pipes.

タメル地区の端っこ、繁華街まですぐなので場所は良いです。 スタッフはフレンドリーです。 ホテルは古いのか建物も部屋も老朽化しています。部屋は広くないですが、テレビ、エアコン(超古いタイプ)、などがコンパクトにまとまっています。シャワーのお湯もOKでした。 朝食はおかずが2-3と卵料理、パンケーキ、トーストなどがブッフェ式です。味は普通。 翌日の空港までのタクシーを飛行機の時間を提示してスタッフに依頼した所、ホテルのスタッフが言った時間で出発したら空港到着がギリギリでした。 手頃な価格なら再度宿泊するかもしれません。

I've stayed there in the past and they have come a long ways it's now clean,And comfortable. there prices are very reasonable.they have a buffet and it is very good all so and things are clean in the kitchen also all and all things are looking up for The Pilgram

, First of all, we loved staying at Hotel Pilgrims. It was in the centre of the merchants' quarter (Thamel) of Kathmandu. The staff were brilliant from the owner through to the cleaning teams. The room was tidy and functional and, most importantly, very cheap. Breakfast was consistently good (The chef's special omelette has a spicy kick and is not for wimps though!) and available throughout the morning from 6:30am. The tour manager is very knowledgeable and worked hard to fulfill our touring and trekking needs and overall we had a fantastic time there. Oh, and the rooftop view is almost worth the cost of staying at Hotel Pilgrims alone. But.... There are downsides. Kathmandu is NOT like any developed city in the western world. Therefore there are power outages (which affects the A/C and hot water) and the wifi is limited in its bandwidth so don't expect to download anything substantial very quickly. Also, there's noisy disorganised traffic constantly beeping, barking street dogs and tourist/merchant interaction. What I'm trying to say is, Kathmandu has a high decibel output 24/7 and there is nothing the hotel can reasonably do about this so do bear this in mind. The maintenance of the hotel is a bit of a game of patch up too (Lift that sometimes goes where you want it to, televisions with loose connections, missing in-room telephones ect) which the staff will respond to on a priority basis. I didn't find this HP's biggest problem though - that would be the staff's habit of overreaching. Being eager to please is fine but that means they would promise things they had neither the resources or know-how to deliver (Agreeing to arrange transport which never arrives because they'd overloaded their schedule. Leaving guides waiting to be paid which felt awkward, changing plans at the last second which can be a bit frantic ect). That said, one could argue that Hotel Pilgrims perfectly represents the magical chaos that is Kathmandu. Wonderful people in an amazing setting that somehow seems to just about work without any plausible reason why. Listen, if you want to come to Nepal and not experience its reality then book a luxury hotel, stay behind its high walls and pretend you're still at home. If you want to really experience the old world, warts an' all, then book a room at Hotel Pilgrims with your eyes open (from this review!) and you will have an experience you'll fondly remember for the rest of your life. I certainly will.

観光でこのホテルに3泊しました。 スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。空港送迎やwifiなどのサービスも利用できます。 部屋も問題ありません。停電になってもバスルームの電気はすぐに戻ります。 お湯も夜はぬるい温度でしたが、朝であれば十分に熱いお湯がでました。 ただ、タオルとシーツは、じめっとしていて清潔なのか疑問が残りましたが。 場所も静かなところで、全体としては良いホテルだったと思います。

L'hôtel avait l'air de prime abord être d'un certain standing mais je fus vite déçu! Le réceptionniste voulait me faire un e fleur en m' up-gradant mais ce fut, dans un premier temps, pour me proposer une chambre avec une petite et unique fenêtre donnant sur une sorte de puits de lumière sale, puis, dans un second temps, il me proposa une chambre avec une meilleur vue mais sans air-conditionné et avec une baignoire dont le fond était noir. Pour combler le tout, l'odeur de la chambre était rendue âcre du fait des boules de naphtalines qu'ils disposaient allègrement dans la baignoire et le lavabo. Autre point négatif, le réceptionniste avait l'oeil penché sur l'appareil où je composait mon code pour payer mes extras. Ce que je permis de lui faire remarquer! Le personnel de l'hôtel n'hésite pas à vous faire sortir de l'ascenseur lorsqu'ils en ont besoin. Décevant!

The room was good. The location is not so good. The breakfast is below average, since it is the same everyday.

We had a great time in Katmandu. The place was as I imagined it to be... an escape from fast pace life. The service is great considering it's a small hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable. Shankar, gave us a good deal from Hotel to arranging the places for us to go. Our driver, Rushan, quiet but ready to be of service to us was very essential part of our memorable journey. Overall I recommend Pilgrim Hotel if you are looking for budget hotel with great service.
