I loved everything about to but had been under the impression that a washer/dryer was available but it wasn’t. You would have to pay a fee per item to be washed and the fee was way too high- 90rupees for per shirt, etc. that was very disappointing. Other than that I enjoyed staying there.

It was a good experience staying at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

This was a great spot for us as we were traveling with our 2 children and the apartment we stayed in had bedrooms. The location is good for walking to Swayambhunath Temple and Thamel. There plenty of are cafes nearby. It is more of a residential neighbourhood. The only downsides were the noisey neighbourhood dogs and roosters and the elevator was broken at the time of our stay.

Hotel was good. Spacious clean and well looked after. Initial trouble with the phone number provided by hotels.com not matching the actual hotel. This proved frustrating when the taxi driver had no idea where to go!

Very comfortable specious apartment with a great view. We felt welcome by the staff. Check in experience with Ms. Dipa was very pleasant. Check out experience with Ms. Sachita was equally pleasant. They really do care about the guests. Every morning the cleaning staff came and cleaned the apartment. The apartment has all the modern appliances that one may need. We liked the layout of the kitchen and the arrangement of the appliances. There is 24 hour security staff at the gate who were very helpful and respectful. We had problem with one of the air conditioning units but it was taken care of right away. If we were to go back to Kathmandu, we would stay here.

Fantastic, My second stay here on business within a month. Great service from the front desk. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped for those who like to self cater. Best views in the city? Highly recommended.

長期滞在型のアパートタイプですがホテルのように短期滞在できます。 150ドルデポジットが必要です。 1室に2部屋ありそれぞれの部屋にトイレとシャワールームがあるので2組で泊まってもプライバシーが保てます。設備の整ったキッチンとリビングルーム。ウォーターサーバーもあります。非常に清潔です。 高台に建っているので見晴らしも良く、カトマンズの街並みを一望でき世界遺産のモンキーテンプルを見ることができます。 ホテルの隣には何件かのお店があり食事や買い物もできます。 今回航空機の遅延でチェックインが真夜中になってしまいました。24時間フロント対応と書いてありますが真夜中になると電話には一切出てくれませんでした。夜中は施錠され門を叩き続けないと守衛は起きてきません。それ以外は全く問題ありません。

The manager Ram and his staff were great. Helpful and friendly also the guardsman who received the car and took luggage. The apartment room was an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle outside. Linen was fresh, the rooms were spacious and immaculately tidy and clean.It was lovely to come into the apartments and be able to relax. The kitchens were well equipped and there was a working gym. Highly recommended.

Modern apartments. Fantastic staff who were so willing and friendly. Rooms were large and clean with modern facilities. Great laundry service and a place to eat across the road. Only 300 rupee taxi drive to Thelma, the town centre. Will stay again next time

Staff are friendly and efficient, & even in late November, I could be in the flat without a jacket. Little touches like a water dispenser right in the well-equipped kitchen are much appreciated. The flat I stayed in had sunlight shining through the kitchen & balcony, which was great in cold weather. All in, a wonderful stay especially in an area where comfy lodging is not in great supply.

I was holding my wedding in Nepal and I booked this hotel for all my relatives to stay at so that we will all be under 1 roof. For the price we did not expect it to be so well kept and maintained but to our surprise, it was so great with amazing attention to detail and staff. For anyone on a budget or even not on a budget, i would recommend this place as the space is huge and it has common areas for everyone to chill and hang out. **5 STARS!!**

I was in this hotel 2 weeks ago for 5 nights. This time ,I had booked the same type of room(Deluxe),. But this time I found several changes compare with previous room.I would like to mention What changes I found in my last stay . 1. There was not any carpet in bed room. 2. There was not any cupboard in lounge room. 3. Sofa was not comfortable, can not sit properly. 4. In the kitchen, Grinder was missing(Staff had provided later after I made a request). utensils are not qualitative. 5.As mentioned in booking, Deluxe room with mountain view, but it was not , I think it was standard room, definitely I could see other buildings top. 6. In parking, I found Group of strangers people were smoking frequently . I felt really scary, when I was with my partner. I wanted to Complain but my partner stopped me, she told me that it is dangerous to do this here. 7. I booked the car to drop me at Airport at fixed price but one day before they changed the price and I had to pay extra money.

nice,clean and friendly staff. every day cleaning service and all the amenities in kitchen is wonderful ,24 hour service is appreciated .

Everyone at the reception desk was so kind and helpful; I deeply appreciated it. I found nothing disagreeable and was pleased with everything. After traveling much of the day during my stay, it was lovely to return each night to the apartment and to be greeted by the staff.
