Soon as checked in to hotel, I call front desk for help. I've had a food already and my face was swollen so bad I couldn't open my eyes. They arrange the ride for me to go emergency room and stay wite me untill everything is done. Mean time the Manager send front desk employee to hospital for help me speak to the doctors and staff. We was stayed in emergency room for almost 3 hours, and thet are treating me as own families. Ot was wonderful experience while traveling. If I going to visit Naple again, I will definitely stay in The Royal Singi Hoterl. Thank you all of you save me.

Amazing

Staff was kind and welcoming - lobby is beautiful - rooms (which, I upgraded to larger style) were gorgeous. I stayed 5 nights in total - comfortable, safe-feeling, clean and walking distance to Tamale - highly recommended.

This property is lovely, clean and located a short walking distance from some of the best spots in Kathmandu. Staff have been delightful. Highly recommended.

Stayed there from 8th to 11 May. Hotel was tucked at the fringe of Thamel. Its about 10mins walk to Thamel. Hotel rooms are very spacious and everyone was quite warm and friendly even down to the housekeepers which leave a very deep impression for me. I was a frequent travellers and have been to many countries. But this hotel housekeepers service was exemplary. Every morning they will greet me with a very warm smile (though many hotel staff does that). But one incident really touch my heart which is on the last day before my flight i asked for a half day extension and put my room on (do no disturb). They came to my room and asked if i needed to have my rooms clean. I think all this small gesture really makes my day. But i feel that the breakfast needs to improve. The variety is way too little. Food is a bit too salty. Personally i like the location as it is slightly away from city traffic. My rooms are away from the roads so it is not noisy. But opposite the hotel there is a small malls which has a supermarket which i find it wonderful. Behind the hotel we have a lot of souvenirs shop, massage, money changers, restaurants etc... On the whole this hotel is really up to the 4 stars standard

Everything's fine with this hotel. Been numbers of time and no comment for all expects of need that require to have with customer,

We have used this hotel many times and it has always maintained its standards of excellence.

The Location of the Hotel is Excellent but there should be Indian Menu in Breakfast and in Lunch & Dinner.

Went for business trip. Conducted meetings at hotel. Service and food was ok.

Hotel de transfert entre le Népal et un trek au Mustang. Bonne situation (prochaine du quartier de thamel et autres commerces ou restaurants). Bon standing pour 2 ou 3 nuits.

Reception - Not co operative with guest. Food - Breakfast is excellent. Housekeeping - Room cleaning was good. But the Air condition was not working.I report to reception so many times but they unmoved. WIFI not worked since i check in. Stayed in room no 514 for two days.

Noisy room needs updating

Was here a few years ago, improved wifi in rooms, fridge in room, good staff, fast inexpensive laundry, great location for exploring, nearby restaurants, ok breakfast. Bathroom reasonable but water not clear.

Staff was very nice.

The furniture is a bit old. not very satisfy with bathroom since no hot water during noon time and once saw a small bug climbing. But generally, it is quite convenient place and service is very nice. But bad wifi during my stay.

Very non-cooperative staff

We had a big water leak in our room! I booked a room for 4 persons and got 2 very small single beds.
